Abstract: The utility model discloses a purifier for tail gas in a power station, which comprises a spray tower and a gravity dust collection device, wherein the gravity dust collection device comprises a gravity dust collector and a dust collecting chamber; an inlet end of the spray tower is connected with an end opening of the gravity dust collector; the other end of the gravity dust collector is connected with a smoke outlet of a generator set; the connection part of the inlet end of the spray tower and the gravity dust collector is provided with an activated carbon adsorption chamber; the spray tower comprises a fan chamber, a blocking filter chamber, a chemical spray chamber, a water vapor separation chamber, a smoke exhaust fan chamber, a peculiar smell adsorption chamber and a negative ion smoke adsorption room which are connected together in sequence, wherein the lower part of the spray tower is provided with a spray pond which is provided with a water pump; an water outlet of the water pump is communicated with the chemical spray chamber through a spray water pipe; and the bottom end of the chemical spray chamber is communicated with the spray pond through a water return pipe By utilizing the purifier for the tail gas in the power station, purification of the tail gas in the power station can be realized, and the environment pollution can be avoided

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and a device for removing steam and hydrogen sulfate generating in slurry are provided to prevent early corrosion of peripheral facilities by removing steam and hydrogen sulfate generating in slurry and to improve working environment for workers. CONSTITUTION: A steam in mixed gas of steam, hydrogen sulfate and air generating in slurry(2) is removed by cooling water(12) flowing in the opposite direction of the flow of the steam in a spray tower(4). The cooling water supplied to the spray tower is cooled by a cooling tower(6) after use. The hydrogen sulfate flows into a hydrogen sulfate removal reactor(12) by a blower and removed by aqueous solution of caustic soda by neutralization. The aqueous solution of caustic soda is preferably maintained in 9.5pH and higher.

Abstract: The invention discloses an anti-slurry-pollution method for a spray tower observation window. The anti-slurry-pollution method comprises the following steps that an inner sliding plate and an outer sliding plate are installed, the left sides and the right sides of the inner sliding plate and the outer sliding plate are provided with limiting devices, an inner sliding plate cleaning part is installed, a spray preparing phase is observed, spray is observed, and the upper half part of an inner transparent plate is cleaned. According to the anti-slurry-pollution method for the spray tower observation window, under the premise that an existing spray tower body structure is not changed and the gas-tightness of a spray tower is not influenced, a spray rod, a nozzle angle and the spray effect are observed conveniently through an existing observation window, the observation effect of the observation window is clear, and the observation window is not prone to being polluted.

Abstract: The invention provides an ore smelting desulfurization and dust removal process, comprising a combustion furnace, a dust removal mechanism, a desulfurization mechanism and an adsorption mechanism which are sequentially communicated with one another, the dust removal mechanism comprises a spray tower I and a spray tower II, the lower part of the combustion furnace is connected with smelting waste gas through a pipeline, the upper part is communicated with the spray tower I through the pipeline, the outer side wall of the spray tower II is provided with a strip-shaped cavity, the spray tower I is communicated with the strip-shaped cavity through the pipeline, the desulfurization mechanism is internally and rotatably provided with a shaft tube, a lower end of the shaft tube is communicated with a lower side wall of the spray tower II, the side walls of the desulfurization mechanism is provided with a plurality of vents communicated with an exhaust through pipe, and the exhaust end of theexhaust through pipe is communicated with the upper side wall of the adsorption mechanism; the process improves the process of dust removal and desulfurization of the smelting waste gas through reasonable process improvement and equipment optimization; the dust removal effect can achieve 99.5% or above, and the desulfurization effect can reach 95.7% or above, and the comprehensive benefit is strong, which is worth promoting.

The device is provided with an induced draft fan, a spray tower, a spray pump, an annular pipe, a short pipe and an ejector, waste gas exhausted by the smelting furnace is exhausted through the exhaust port and then enters the spraying tower under the action of the induced draft fan, spraying liquid is placed in the spraying tower, the spraying liquid enters the annular pipe through the drainage pipe under the action of the spraying pump, then enters the jet devices through the annular pipe and is sprayed out fromthe water outlets of the jet devices in an atomized state under the action of the jet devices. Compressed air with proper pressure can be introduced into the air suction port of the jet device as required, and the atomization degree of spraying liquid sprayed out of the water outlet of the jet device is adjusted; the minimum diameter of the water flow channel in the jet device is much larger thanthe spraying hole diameter of the atomizing spray head, blockage is not likely to happen, the atomization degree of sprayed spraying liquid is adjustable, the spraying effect is good, and the waste gas treatment effect is good.
