TL;DR: In this paper, a method for automatically cleaning an observation window of a spray granulator is presented, which can be used to monitor the spray effect through an existing spray tower body and not influencing the air tightness of the spray tower.
Abstract: The invention discloses a method for automatically cleaning an observation window of a spray granulator. The method particularly comprises the following steps: external metal sliding block and glass wiper installing, spray debugging, normal spraying, internal wall cleaning of the observation window and glass wiper resetting. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that on the premises of not changing the structure of an existing spray tower body and not influencing the air tightness of the spray tower, a spray rod, the angle of a nozzle and the spray effect can be conveniently observed through the existing observation window and the observation window is clear in observation effect and is not easily polluted.

Abstract: The utility model relates to a tail gas treating device, in particular to a transparent conducting oxide (TCO) glass film-coating tail gas treating device. The TCO glass film-coating tail gas treating device comprises an incinerator, a spray tower, and a waste water pool and a circulating pool which are arranged below the spray tower. The TCO glass film-coating tail gas treating device is characterized in that the incinerator is provided with two incinerating cavity chambers, each incinerating cavity chamber is communicated with one gas inlet, a gas outlet is arranged in the incinerator, a pipe is installed on the gas outlet of the incinerator, the other end of the pipe is installed on a gas inlet of the spray tower, and the incinerator and the spray tower are communicated with each other through a pipe. The TCO glass film-coating tail gas treating device not only has the advantages of being compact and reasonable in structure, small in size, low in manufacturing cost, low in treating expanse and the like, but also improves the thoroughness of tail gas treatment and safety of tail gas incineration.

Abstract: The invention relates to a novel flue gas treatment noise reduction system, which mainly includes fans, silencers, a valve, silencing layers, a desulfurizer, a deduster, and a washing spray tower. A fan is connected to the desulfurizer through a pipeline, a air inlet of the desulfurizer is provided with the valve to control entrance and exit of flue gas, the desulfurizer performs desulfurization treatment on flue gas, the deduster is connected behind the desulfurizer through a pipeline to perform preliminary dedusting on flue gas, the outer wall of the desulfurizer is provided with a silencing layer to reduce the noise of the desulfurizer during work, the outer wall of the deduster is also provided with a silencing layer, the washing spray tower is connected behind the deduster through a pipeline to conduct further dedusting, the washing spray tower is connected to a fan through an air outlet pipeline to pump out flue gas for discharge, and a silencer is connected behind the fan. Therefore, work noise is effectively reduced, and the working environment of workers is greatly improved.

Abstract: The invention provides a near-zero sulfur dioxide emission absorption tower for a coal-fired power plant. The absorption tower comprises a spray tower body; a seriflux pool is arranged at the lower inner part of the spray tower body; the area above the seriflux pool is an absorption area; a first baffle plate and a second baffle plate are arranged in the spray tower body, and divide the absorption area into a first spray chamber, a flue gas steering chamber and a second spray chamber; the first baffle plate extends into the seriflux pool from the upper inner part of the spray tower body; the second baffle plate extends to the top of the spray tower body from the top of the seriflux pool; a flue gas inlet communicated with the first spray chamber is arranged on one side of the spray tower body; a flue gas outlet communicated with the second spray chamber is arranged on the other side of the spray tower body; spray layers are arranged in both the first spray chamber and the second spray chamber. The near-zero sulfur dioxide emission absorption tower is different from the conventional spray tower in structural form, and is low in construction investment and operating cost, and high in desulphurization efficiency.

The device for comprehensively utilizing hydrogen sulfide waste gas and sulfur dioxide waste gas is characterized in that: the device comprises a reaction tower; a first input end of the reaction tower is connected with a first output end of a first-level spray tower; a second input end of the reaction tower is connected with a clear water pool; the first output end of the reaction tower is connected with the first input end of a secondary-level spray tower; a second output end of the reaction tower is connected with an input end of a reaction solution storage pool; an output end of the reaction solution storage pool is connected with the input end of a sand filtering pool; the first output end of the secondary-level spray tower is connected with a chimney; and the second output end of the secondary-level spray tower is connected with a lime pool. The device for comprehensively utilizing hydrogen sulfide waste gas and sulfur dioxide waste gas has the beneficial effects that two levels of the spray towers and one level of the reaction tower are adopted, hydrogen sulfide and sulfur dioxide can be ensured to be completely reacted, and the discharge standard of smoke and the sulfur dioxide also can be ensured.
