Abstract: The utility model discloses a gas-liquid separation device suitable for a spray system. The gas-liquid separation device comprises a spray tower, wherein a spray device, a filler layer and a gas inlet are sequentially arranged at the middle part of the spray tower from top to bottom; and a gas-liquid separation layer is arranged at the top of the spray tower. According to the gas-liquid separation device disclosed by the utility model, the gas-liquid separation layer is added to the top of the spray tower, gas flow is guided via a fixed impeller to generate a centrifugal vortex, the passing section area of the gas flow is reduced to increase the flowing speed of the gas flow and improve the centrifugal effect, so that liquid effectively contacts a gas-liquid separation surface to be separated, and arrives at a waste liquid drainage point via a flow guide device; the separation effect is not influenced by a wind speed and a wind pressure; and the adjustment is easy.

Abstract: Based on Fluent of the computational fluid dynamics(CFD),numerical simulation of spray scrubber of the wet flue gas desulphurization,wet flue gas desulphurization(WFGD) was carried out in order to improve performances.The continuous gas phase has been modeled in an Eulerian framework,while the dispersed liquid phase with a Lagranian approaches.Through the method,the velocity and the change of pressure and temperature have been got.At the same time,the weighted average of mole fraction of SO_2 in different surface was analyzed for the angles of gas inlet.The results show that 10 degree angle of gas inlet should be chosen.

The device comprises a spray tower, a dry filter, an activated carbon adsorption bed, a catalytic combustion bed and a nitrogen making unit, a waste gas inlet is formed in the lower part of the spray tower body; a gas outlet of the spray tower is connected with the dry filter through a pipeline; filter cotton, a bag type primary filter and a bag type medium-efficiency filter are sequentially arranged in the dry filter; an outlet of the dry filter is connected with the activated carbon adsorptionbed through a pipeline, the activated carbon adsorption bed is filled with honeycomb activated carbon, an air outlet of the activated carbon adsorption bed is connected with the adsorption main fan,the exhaust end of the adsorption main fan is connected with the exhaust cylinder, and electric heating wires in the electric heater are arranged on the activated carbon adsorption bed. According to the utility model, paint mist, large-particle dust and organic matters in the paint spraying waste gas can be effectively removed.

The equipment comprises an exhaust cylinder, a demisting area, a secondary washing absorption area, a primary washing absorption area, a primary absorption circulating liquid storage chamber and a secondary absorption circulating liquid storage chamber from top to bottom, wherein pieces of system equipment such as primary and secondary circulating absorption towers and circulating washing absorption chambers for absorbing exhaust gas are combined to form an annular combined structure; the circulating washing absorption chambers are connected with one another through an internal overflow pipe structure; and a washing liquid is used for washing and absorbing in cycle. Compared with a conventional absorption tower, the multistage circulating washing absorption tower combination equipment is of an annular combined structure, has the characteristics that the circulating washing absorption chambers are connected with one another through the internal overflow pipe structure and the washing liquid is used for washing and absorbing in cycle, and has the advantages of being simple and compact in structure, and high in land utilization rate, wherein the floor area is reduced by over 50%.

Abstract: The invention relates to the technical field of exhaust processing and particularly relates to an exhaust heat storage and oxidation incineration system. The exhaust heat storage and oxidation incineration system comprises a fire barrier, a plurality of heat storage chambers, a thermal oxidation furnace, an indicating burner, a spray tower, a chimney, a waste heat boiler, a coal economizer, a spray pump, a combustion fan and a suction fan, wherein the plurality of heat storage chambers are linearly arranged; the fire barrier, the thermal oxidation furnace, the spray tower and the suction fan are connected with the plurality of heat storage chambers; the indicating burner is connected with the thermal oxidation furnace; the combustion fan is connected with the indicating burner; the chimney and the spray pump are connected with the spray tower; the thermal oxidation furnace is connected with the waste heat boiler; and the waste heat boiler is connected with the coal economizer. A honeycomb-type ceramic heat storage filler is arranged in each heat storage chamber and an exhaust gas can be converted into non-pollutants to be eliminated by a naphthalene method phthalic anhydride device, so that the environmental protection performance is good and the energy-saving effect is good.
