Abstract: The invention relates to purification equipment for organic waste gases. The purification equipment comprises a spray device and a purification device; the spray device comprises a spray tower, a first spray head arranged in the spray tower and a spray tank communicating with the first spray head, the spray tower comprises a gas inlet and a gas outlet, and the spray tank is used for loading a spray liquid; and the purification device comprises a biological tower and a biological stuffing arranged in the biological tower, the biological tower comprises a gas receiving port and a gas exhaust port, the gas exhaust port communicates with the inside of the biological tower by the gas receiving port, and the gas exhaust port communicates with the outside of the biological tower. Parts of substances in the organic waste gases, removed by using a liquid, enter the biological tower after being absorbed by the spray device, harmful substances in the organic waste gases are degraded into nonpoisonous and tasteless substances by microorganisms in the biological stuffing, the biologically purified gases are exhausted from the gas exhaust port, and thus, the treatment time is short, the efficiency is high, and the treated gases are odorless and tasteless and can be exhaust at a low altitude.

Abstract: The invention relates to the field of tail gas purification, in particular to an iron ore agglomeration sintering tail gas purifying device and a purifying method as well as application thereof The tail gas purifying device comprises a spray tower (1), a cooling tower (2), an electric mist precipitator (3), an AO reaction tower (4) and a tail gas absorption tower (8), wherein the spray tower (1), the cooling tower (2), the electric mist precipitator (3), the AO reaction tower (4) and the tail gas absorption tower (8) are sequentially connected end to end; a primary absorption layer, a secondary absorption layer and an active catalytic layer are sequentially arranged in the AO reaction tower (4) from bottom to top By the application of the tail gas purifying device and the purifying technology, provided by the invention, detrimental impurities such as SO2, NOx, dust, fluorine and chlorine in flue gas can be removed, so that flue gas purification can be realized and SO2 can be recovered; the technological method further has the characteristics that multiple contaminants can be removed simultaneously, continuous production is feasible, sulfur resources can be effectively recovered, the adaptability is wide, and an extensive application value is also achieved

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing carbon, gas, tar and liquor by biomass pyrolysis which belongs to the technical field of environment protection and new energy technology. The objective is to provide the method for producing carbon, gas, tar and liquor by biomass pyrolysis in order to solve the problems of poor continuity, long carbonization time and low efficiency existing in the prior art. The method comprises the following steps: a material to be carbonized is crushed and dried until moisture is less than 20 percent; the dried material is conveyed into a gasification and carbonization furnace by a material conveyer, and is carbonized by the gasification and carbonization furnace, so that carbon powder and flammable gas are obtained; the obtained carbon powder is collected by the lower structure of the gasification and carbonization furnace, and the obtained flammable gas is outputted by a gas-collecting pipe and enters into a dust remover, so that dust in the flammable gas is removed; the flammable gas is then condensed by a pyroligneous acid separator, so that pyroligneous acid is obtained; tar in the flammable gas without pyroligneous acid is removed by a spray tower purifier, and the obtained tar is collected under the spray tower purifier; and the flammable gas in the spray tower purifier is drafted out by a draft fan for use by other equipment.

Abstract: This paper examines the spray drying process, particularly the spray drying of α-olefin sulfonates. Topics covered center on the spray drying process for α-olefin sulfonates, important parameters and considerations in that spray drying process, and an examination of the product from the spray tower. Product development from laboratory to pilot plant is described with attendant translation to full-scale facilities. At least 4 different cocurrent spray-drier units are illustrated and key parameters are discussed.

The device comprises an organic waste gas outlet and a combustion tail gas outlet, the organic wastegas outlet is connected with a first alkali liquor spray tower; the combustion tail gas outlet is connected with a second alkali liquor spray tower; an alkali liquor storage tank and a gas washing water tank are arranged between the first alkali liquor spray tower and the second alkali liquor spray tower; the first alkali liquor spray tower is communicated with the alkali liquor storage pool through a first return pipe; the second alkali liquor spray tower is communicated with the alkali liquor storage pool through a second return pipe; organic waste gas and combustion waste gas are separately treated through the first alkali liquor spraying tower and the second alkali liquor spraying tower, the treatment efficiency is improved, gas which is harmless to the environment and free of pollution is discharged after treatment through the UV photocatalyst activated carbon device and the dust removal device, industrial waste gas purification is achieved, green production is met, and further development of enterprises is facilitated.
