Abstract: The utility model discloses a circulating type tail gas integrated processing system utilizing two stages of absorption tower and clinker-water separator. A spray tower is provided with a tail gas inlet, and is communicated with a packing absorbing tower by a tail gas circulating pipeline; the bottom parts of the spray tower and the packing absorbing tower are communicated with a circulating pool by a waste water collecting pipeline; waste water in the circulating pool is supplied to the clinker-water separator by a circulating pipeline; the clinker-water separator filters and separates the clink in the waste water; after being filtered by the clinker-water separator, clear water provides spraying water for the spray tower and the packing absorbing tower by a water purifying pipeline; a chemical feeding device A and a chemical feeding device B are communicated with the water purifying pipeline by a chemical feeding pump and a chemical feeding pipeline; after filtration, the tail gas is discharged through a smoke outlet; by utilizing the spray tower and the packing absorbing tower, harmful gases such as acidic gas, dioxin and the like in the tail gas can be removed thoroughly; by the chemical feeding device and the clinker-water separator, the waste water after filtration can be recycled for reusing; and the system has the advantages of high purifying efficiency, low reclamation cost, less occupied area and the like.

Abstract: In this tower, liquid through the nozzle plate set at the top of the tower flows down in rod-like streams for several centimeters, then turns into droplets to continue the fall.This type has simpler construction and is more convenient for obtaining mass balance than ordinary spray towers.This paper presents the experimental equations of HOG, HG and HL for this tower. They were obtained respectively from the absorption experiments of NH3-H2O, NH3-H2SO4 and CO2-H2O systems under various conditions.Moreover, the relations among these equations have been discussed.

Abstract: The use of clean water for wet scrubbers needs to be reduced for water resource efficiency in the company. This research was conducted to examine the use of wastewater as wet scrubber feeding from boilers that use coal fuel. The scrubber type was spray tower using stainless steel material and packed bed with marbles. Artificial waste was made to imitate textile wastewater. Emission measurements at the outlet adopted SNI standard. Parameters observed in the flue gas were particulate (isokinetic), SO2, and NO2. We also observed the TSS and COD concentrations in the scrubbing liquid. The reduction pollutants concentration using artificial waste was 21 - 51% for particulate, about 45% for SO2 concentration, and more than 90% for NO2 concentration. The parameters of COD concentration in the outlet decreased by about 20% while the TSS concentrations increase almost two fold. This initial study shows that the use of wastewater for scrubbers is promising although it produced TSS pollutants in scrubbed wastewater.

The device comprises a spray tower, a photocatalysis box, a heat accumulating type oxidizer main body and a bottom plate, a spraying tower is fixed to one end of the top of the bottom plate, an air inlet fan is fixed to one end of the spraying tower, a water collecting tank is arranged at the bottom end in the spraying tower, a water pump is arranged in the water collecting tank, spraying devices are evenly arranged in the spraying tower above the water collecting tank, and a tail gas detection device is arranged at the top end of one side of an exhaust pipe. According to the utility model, the spraying tower, the air inlet fan, the protective net, the spraying device, the sprayhead, the uniform distribution plate, the preformed holes, the first air guide pipe, the photocatalysis box, the ozone ultraviolet lamp tube and the photocatalyst filter screen are arranged; after organic waste gas is pumped into the spray tower by the air inlet fan, spray liquid is sprayed out of the spray heads and is combined with the waste gas, and dust particles fall down along with liquid drops due to collision, interception and condensation effects between the dust particles and the liquid drops.
