Abstract: A spray tower movable type spray head device comprises a tower body. The lower portion of the tower body is provided with a circulating water storage area connected with an centrifugal pump through a circulating water pipe in front of the centrifugal pump, and the back portion of the centrifugal pump is connected with the spray head device through a circulating water pipe behind the centrifugal pump; the spray head device comprises two or more plastic pipes arranged in parallel, and each plastic pipe is provided with multiple nozzles. The spray head device is connected with the circulating water pipe behind the centrifugal pump through flanges, and the joint of each plastic pipe of the spray head device and the circulating water pipe behind the centrifugal pump is provided with one of the flanges. An observing window is arranged on the side face of the upper portion of the tower body. A sieve plate is arranged on a circulating water storage area, and multiple Pall rings are arranged on the sieve plate. According to the spray tower movable type spray head device, by arranging the parallel-arranged spray head device, the spray blind area is eliminated, and the problem of insufficient spray is effectively solved; by arranging the observing window, the spray condition in the tower body can be observed quickly and conveniently; the circulating water pipe behind the centrifugal pump and the spray head device are connected through the flanges, dismounting and mounting are easy, and nozzle cleaning or replacing is short in time-consuming, safe and thorough in cleaning.

Abstract: The invention relates to a special spray tower for separating paint mist from industrial volatile organic pollutants. The special spray tower comprises a tower body, wherein an air inlet is formed on the lower part of one side of the tower body; an air outlet is formed on the upper part of one side of the tower body opposite to the air inlet; a first filter layer, a second filter layer and a mist removing layer are arranged inside the tower body from the bottom up respectively; bottom nozzles are uniformly distributed below the first filter layer; middle nozzles are uniformly distributed between the first filter layer and the second filter layer; and upper nozzles are uniformly distributed between the second filter layer and the mist removing layer. The special spray tower is simple in structural arrangement, and scientific and reasonable in design, and can effectively separate the paint mist from the industrial volatile organic pollutants, thus improving the processing efficiency of the industrial volatile organic pollutants and ensuring the normal production.

Abstract: The invention relates to an energy-saving and product-quality-increasing method for spray drying of a corn steep liquor by nitrogen closed circulation. The method comprises the following steps: (1) allowing the corn steep liquor to contact with a heat carrier so as to obtain fine-powder-contained heat carrier gas and a corn steep liquor dried powder, and conveying the corn steep liquor dried powder into a storage bin; (2) separating the fine-powder-contained heat carrier gas so as to obtain fine powder and heat carrier gas, and conveying the fine powder into the storage bin; (3) allowing a majority of carrier gas to enter a circulating pipeline and allowing remained carrier gas to enter a washing tower so as to obtain a condensate, the carrier gas with a temperature lower than 42 DEG C and sewage; (4) subjecting the condensate to heat-changing so as to obtain a liquid; (5) allowing one part of the carrier gas with the temperature lower than 42 DEG C to enter the circulating pipeline, and subjecting the other part of the carrier gas with the temperature lower than 42 DEG C to cooling and dehydration so as to obtain the carrier gas with the temperature lower than 40 DEG C; (6) mixing the carrier gas with the temperature lower than 40 DEG C with solid particles discharged from the bottom part of the storage bin, and carrying out separation so as to obtain clean carrier gas and a dried material product; and (7) mixing the clean carrier gas with the majority of the carrier gas and the carrier gas with the temperature lower than 42 DEG C, then carrying out pressurizing and heating, and allowing the obtained mixture to enter a spray tower. The method provided by the invention has the advantages of low energy consumption, small waste gas emission amount and high product quality.

Abstract: This paper describes the dynamic modeling and simulation of spray tower saturator using one-dimensional flow control volume method, as a part of study for dynamic modeling of the humid air turbine cycle. The mass, energy and momentum exchanges between gas flow and water flow, as well as their conservations, are taken into consideration. Separate modules are built for gas flow and water flow, and are put into an application library of EASY5, which is general-purpose simulation software. Modular structure and mathematical causality needed by explicit modeling are maintained for the modules in the application library. Then spray tower saturators can be divided into arbitrary number of segments, and each one is modeled by a gas flow module and a water flow module. To exemplify the modeling method, two dynamic models with different number of segments are built for a spray tower saturator. For steady state analysis, quantity variations with tower height at design point are illustrated, and the results of the two models are compared. For dynamic analysis, two dynamic simulations are run to obtain response to 10% step increase of the gas and water inlet temperature respectively. Estimation of the dominant time constants by linearized model is also discussed.Copyright © 2004 by ASME

Abstract: The invention discloses a water film desulfurization spray tower and a water film desulfurization method. The water film desulfurization spray tower comprises a spray tower body, wherein the top end of the upper part of the spray tower body is provided with a gas outlet, and the lower part of the spray tower body is provided with a sedimentation basin; a gas intake pipe extends fromthe inner part of the sedimentation basin; the gas outlet part in the spray tower body is also provided with a spray system; a circulation pump outside the spray tower body is connected with the spray system and the sedimentation basin via pipelines; a water film filtering system is arranged between the spray system and the sedimentation basin, is connected by a plurality of water film filtering layers sequentially, and is fixed in the spray tower body. According to the invention, a desulfurization agent is distributed on the water film, so that the surface area of the desulfurization agent and the contact area of the desulfurization agent and waste gas are enlarged, so that waste gas and the desulfurization agent can in full contact reaction; a plurality of water film filtering layers can perform filtering reaction on waste gas simultaneously; compared with the multi-time repeated desulfurization reaction to one stream of waste gas, the desulfurization efficiency is higher, and the desulfurization effect is more obvious.
