Abstract: The utility model discloses a limestone-plaster wet-method multiple-pollutant simultaneous removing device, which comprises an absorption liquid slurry tank, a booster fan, a spray tower and the like. Absorption liquid for wet-method desulfuration is prepared by mixing strong oxidizer and high-efficient absorbent, flue gas enters the spray tower after power is supplied via the booster fan, the middle upper portion of the spray tower is provided with two to four spray layers which uniformly spray the absorption liquid into the spray tower and lead the absorption liquid to sufficiently contact with the flue gas, and the absorption liquid in an absorption liquid storage tank is recycled under action of an absorption liquid recycling pump. The upper portions of the spray layers are provided with demisters to remove water vapor in the flue gas, and the flue gas with water vapor removed by the demisters is discharged from the top portion of the spray tower to a chimney and then discharged externally. The limestone-plaster wet-method multiple-pollutant simultaneous removing device has the following advantages of 1), being capable of simultaneously removing pluralities of pollutants by only utilizing one limestone-plaster method technique, 2), being capable of selecting multiple types of oxidizing agents, and 3), having high pollutant removing efficiency.

Spray tower, the acid mist inlet port is formed in the bottom of the side wall of the spray tower; a liquid collecting water tank is fixed at the bottom of the spray tower; a spraying water tank is fixed outside the spraying tower; the liquid collecting water tank is communicated with the spraying water tank through a circulating water pipe; a spray nozzle is arranged at the top of the spray tower; a booster water pump is fixed in the spraying water tank; the booster water pump is connected with the spray nozzle through a spray guide pipe, an annular protrusion is fixed to the inner wall of the spray guide pipe, liquid medicine spray holes are evenly fixed to the inner annular face of the annular protrusion, a liquid medicine storage box is further fixed to the outer portion of the spray tower, a pump body is fixed in the liquid medicine storage box, and a flow adjusting valve is arrangedon the liquid medicine guide pipe. The acid mist purification device is reasonable in structural arrangement, capable of guaranteeing that the liquid medicine content of spray liquid in the spray nozzle is uniform, beneficial to improving the neutralization efficiency of acid mist and improving the purification effect of the acid mist, high in applicability and good in practicability.

The outlet of an alkaline etching liquid waste outlet pipeline is connected with a pump inlet; a pump outlet is connected with the inlet of a reaction kettle through a pipeline; a steam pipeline is communicated with the bottom of a reactor; a feeding pipe is communicated with the top part of the reactor; a first outlet is connected with the inlet of a spray tower; a spraying pipeline is arranged on the spray tower; a second outlet is connected with the inlet of a centrifugal machine; a third outlet is connected with the inlet of a washing tank; and a washed object outlet of the washing tank is connected with a vacuum drying agent inlet. The equipment is capable of effectively extracting copper from etching liquid waste so as to produce cupric oxide powder, effectively protect the environment, and can also be used for producing ammonia gas, ammonia water and other byproducts.

Abstract: A method and apparatus fortreating the flue gas, which is produced as a by-product of the combustion process that takes place during the course of the operation of a fossil fuel-fired steam generation unit. In accordance with the subject method and apparatus, the flue gas is made to pass through an air quality control system embodying a particular arrangement of scrubber means and spray tower means, before the flue gas is released to the atmosphere. The treatment of the flue gas consists of feeding the flue gas (14) to the inlet (12) of the air quality control system (1e), passing the flue gas through spray tower means (22) to effect the removal of sulfur therefrom, effecting a first change in the direction of flow of the flue gas through the air quality control system, effecting a second change in the direction of flow of the flue gas through the air quality control system, passing the flue gas through rod scrubber means (40) to effect the removal of entrained particulates therefrom, from the rod scrubber means passing the flue gas through a dropout section (36) to encourage agglomerates to fall out, effecting a third change in the direction of the flue gas through the air quality control system, passing the flue gas through a bulk entrainment separator and demister means (48) to effect the removal of entrained fine water droplets therefrom, and exhausting the flue gas from the air quality control system (50).
