Abstract: The invention relates to a biomass energy power generation method, which comprises the following specific steps: a) transporting biomass to a gasification furnace to be pyrolyzed into a flammable gas; b) transporting the flammable gas to a spray tower by turning on an induced draft fan, cooling to 100 DEG C or so and cleaning and removing dust; c) transporting to a scrubber tower, further removing tar and organic acids, and cooling to 50 DEG C or so; d) leading to a condensation tower, further removing volatile light tar, organic acids and water, and then cooling to 25 DEG C or so; e) transporting to a tar removal and dust collection tower by a booster fan to further remove tar, organic aldehyde, phenol and fine particles to achieve the purposes that the impurity particle size is less than or equal to 20mg/m3, an the impurity content is less than or equal to 10mg/m3; f) storing the gas in a fuel gas storage tank; g) transporting the gas in the fuel gas storage tank to a gas genset for combustion power generation. The biomass energy power generation method provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that the gas and solid separation problem in the gasification process is effectively solved, the flammable gas needed for power generation is obtained, the final purification effect is more than doubled as the gas process and the activated carbon can be collected.

Abstract: The invention relates to a treatment device and method for flue gas of a rare earth kiln. The treatment device comprises the kiln, a residue settling tank, a spry tower and a main induced draft fan which are sequentially connected through a pipeline. The treatment device is characterized in that the spray tower comprises a first-stage spray tower, the treatment device further comprises a heat exchanger set arranged on the pipeline between the kiln and the residue settling tank; an induced draft fan is arranged on the pipeline between the residue settling tank and the first-stage spray tower. The invention further relates to the method which comprises the steps as follows: flue gas enters the heat exchanger set to exchange heat with water, water turns into superheated steam, the flue gas subjected to heat exchange enters the residue settling tank and then enters the induced draft fan, and the flue gas passing through the induced draft fan passes through the spray tower and is exhausted into the atmosphere through the main induced draft fan. The water jet amount during cooling is reduced, steam is produced through heat exchange, the flue gas comes out of the kiln, passes through the heat exchanger set and returns to the residue settling tank, heat is recovered, the utilization rate of energy is increased, and the cost is reduced.

Abstract: A desalination system using a spray tower and Vapour Compression Refrigeration (VCR) system is proposed for obtaining fresh water from brackish water. In the spray tower, simultaneous heat and mass transfer take place between the brackish water and air, which results in the evaporation of the brackish water and humidification of the air. Fresh water is obtained from the humidified air by condensing the water vapour using a VCR system. Parametric studies were carried out to study the effect of various operational parameters on the fresh water production rate.

Abstract: The utility model discloses a gathering tank spent steam recycling device. The device belongs to the technical field of petroleum exploitation. The device comprises a buffer tank that is connected with an oil well and used for collecting high-temperature spent steam of the oil well, a spray tower that is connected with the buffer tank and used for heat transfer of the high-temperature spent steam and separation of non-condensable gas, and a cooling tower that is connected with the spray tower and used for cooling the non-condensable gas from the spray tower and exhausting the non-condensable gas to the atmosphere. The device allows the high-temperature spent steam in the buffer tank to be subjected to heat transfer through the spray tower and isolate the non-condensable gas, and further exhausts the non-condensable gas to the atmosphere through the cooling tower to achieve technical effects of purifying the spent steam. With the heat transfer of the high-temperature spent steam in the oil well conducted in the spray tower, high-temperature clear water is separated to achieve the technical effects of heating cycle or heat mixing transmission.
