Abstract: The invention discloses a desulfuration spray tower. The desulfuration spray tower comprises an absorption tower, a slurry tank and a flow disturbing device, wherein the upper part of the absorption tower is provided with a first spraying layer, a second spraying layer, a third spraying layer, a fourth spraying layer and a fifth spraying layer, and each of the first, second, third, fourth and fifth spraying layers is provided with a plurality of spray nozzles; the slurry tank is arranged at the lower part of the absorption tower; the flow disturbing device is arranged between an entrance of the absorption tower and the first spraying layer. The desulfuration spray tower has the beneficial effects that through arranging the five spraying layers, of which each is provided with the spray nozzles, the coverage of slurry of the spray nozzles reaches 250%, the slurry can be in full contact with fume, and thus, the desulfuration efficiency of a system is increased; through arranging the flow disturbing device, gas flow can flow towards the internal central position of the tower, the area of gas-liquid contacting is enlarged, and the utilization ratio of a desulfurating agent and the removal rate of sulfur dioxide are increased; the stable operation for a power plant host is guaranteed, and the stable operation for a desulfuration system is guaranteed, so that the occurrence of unit failure is effectively avoided; the cost is relatively low, so that the desulfuration spray tower has great economic significance.

Abstract: A process for separating a gas and a vapor is disclosed. A cross-flow horizontal spray vessel comprising horizontally-situated sections is provided. Each of the sections comprise a spray nozzle or nozzles, and a collection hopper. A carrier gas, comprising a product vapor, is passed through the sections. A contact liquid is provided through the spray nozzle or nozzles such that the carrier gas passes across the contact liquid and a portion of the product vapor desublimates, condenses, crystallizes, or combinations thereof as a product solid into the contact liquid, leaving a product-depleted carrier gas. The contact liquid and the product solid are passed to a next preceding upstream spray nozzle or nozzles such that a temperature profile is established across the sections by the contact liquids, as the contact liquids are progressively warmer. The contact liquid and the product solid are removed. The product-depleted carrier gas is removed.

Abstract: The invention relates to an exhaust gas treatment system and method and belongs to the field of exhaust gas treatment. The system comprises an air inlet pipe, a first spray tower, a second spray tower, an ozone water raw material device and a micro/nano-bubble generating device. The air inlet pipe is connected to the first spray tower. The first spray tower is provided with an ozone water spray head. The ozone water raw material device is connected to the ozone water spray head. A high-pressure pump in the micro/nano-bubble generating device feeds water micro/nano-bubbles in a micro/nano-bubble generating tank into micro/nano-spray nozzles and the water micro/nano-bubbles are sprayed to the second spray tower. The method comprises feeding exhaust gas into the first spray tower through the air inlet pipe, spraying the ozone water to the first spray tower by ozone water spray nozzles so that the reaction product is obtained, feeding the reaction product into the second spray tower through a connection pipe and spraying the water micro/nano-bubbles to the second spray tower through the micro/nano-bubble generating device. The system can realize fast oxygenolysis, purification of organic waste gas and control of the emission of organic waste gas, can realize a low cost and is easy to operate.
