Abstract: The utility model relates to a treatment device for acid gas of a refinery plant The treatment device comprises a liquid separation tank, a supergravity machine, an absorbent regeneration tower, an absorbent storage tank, an alkali liquor spray tower and an alkali liquor storage tank, wherein an air outlet of the liquid separation tank is communicated with an air inlet in the lower part of the supergravity machine; a liquid outlet in the bottom of the supergravity machine is connected with the absorbent regeneration tower by a liquid outlet pipe provided with a pump; a liquid outlet in the bottom of the absorbent regeneration tower is communicated with the absorbent storage tank; a liquid outlet of the absorbent storage tank is communicated with a liquid inlet in the upper part of the supergravity machine; an air outlet in the top of the absorbent regeneration tower is communicated with an air inlet in the lower part of the alkali liquor spray tower; a liquid inlet in the top of the alkali liquor spray tower is communicated with a liquid outlet of the alkali liquor storage tank The treatment device is simple in structure, small in investment, and high in sulphur removal efficiency and the purity of NaHS prepared by the treatment device is high

Abstract: The invention provides an ultraphonic spray tower with a low-placed dilution device. The spray tower includes a tower body. A gas distributor is disposed on the top of the tower body, circulatory acid pipes are fixedly connected outside the tower body, and shower pipes are disposed inside the tower body. The circulatory acid pipes communicate with the shower pipes with circulatory acid sprayers. The spray tower is characterized in that ultraphonic nozzles are uniformly disposed on the shower pipes, a depositing tank is disposed below the shower pipes wherein the depositing tank is placed in the middle of the tower body, a dilution chamber is disposed under the depositing tank, an enlargement chamber is disposed below the dilution chamber, and a dilution acid tank is disposed at the bottom of the tower body. The spray tower improves the uniformity of spraying liquid acid mist particle, improves the gas absorption rate obviously, controls the accuracy range of concentrated acid concentration after dilution is +/- 0.9%, increases the uniformity of dilution acid, reduces the strenuous vibration of the diluter effectively, and reduces the failure rate of the diluter more than 30%. The control of the working-condition range for acid concentration and acid temperature in the technology is enlarged, and the spray tower has good economic benefit in future, huge market, and wide industrial prospect.

Abstract: A three-dimension computational fluid dynamics study on spray tower of aqueous ammonia process is presented. The gas flow is described using standard turbulence model ,and the motion of the liquid droples is described in a Lagrangian way, using the stochastic discrete particle mode. The influence of parameters including ammonia concentration, liquid gas ratio and porosity of air distributor on the efficiency of FGD was studied. When liquid-gas ratio is about 2.2, the concentration of NH3 is about 0.09% and the porosity of air distributor is between 70% and 80%, the SO2 removal efficiency of spray tower will be higher from the result. It can be taken as a reference for process design, optimization and intensive study of desulfurization by aqueous ammonia process.

Abstract: Most spray dryers available in the industry are co-current dryers. This is the current industrial preferred configuration for most food powder drying applications. Recent exploration with the counter current spray drying configuration have shown that it has strong potential application particularly in the control of crystallization in food and pharamceutical powders. To achieve this potential, it will be important during the design of the spray tower to ensure full efficient usage of the chamber and to prevent excessive browning of the powder; the latter is the current worry in the food industry in the adoption of this technology. This presentation introduces a quick spreadsheet based approach to design and scope counter current spray drying towers. A very important parameter which needs to be incorporated into the design was the determination of the terminal turning point of the movement of the powder. The numerical intricacies to capture this factor in a spreadsheet based design tool is discussed. Using the design tool developed, a few strategies were identified to ensure: (1) efficient chamber usage and (2) minimizing the temperature within the spray tower. It was found that the performance of counter current spray tower is limited by the temperature at the outlet in approaching the wet bulb temperature of the droplet. This new criteria may even be further translated to the black-box type of counter current spray dryer design to evaluate the feasiblility of different operating conditions.

Abstract: The invention provides a treatment system of smoke organic waste gas produced in circuit board disassembly The treatment system of the smoke organic waste gas produced in the circuit board disassembly comprises a lime storage tank, a dry method lime spray tower, a pulsed bag-type dust remover, an activated carbon adsorption tower, a first fan and a second fan, wherein pulsed control ash removal equipment is installed on the upper portion of the pulsed bag-type dust remover; multiple nozzles communicated with an inner cavity of the dry method lime spray tower are arranged in the middle of an enclosure bulkhead of the dry method lime spray tower, the nozzles are connected with an exhaust opening of the first fan through pipelines, a discharge opening in the bottom of the lime storage tank is connected to the pipeline between the nozzles and the exhaust opening of the first fan through a gate valve and a pipeline, a waste gas inlet is formed in the lower portion of the enclosure bulkhead of the dry method lime spray tower, the bottom of the dry method lime spray tower is provided with an ash hopper for collecting waste materials, and the top of the dry method lime spray tower is provided with a spray tower gas outlet By means of the treatment system of the smoke organic waste gas produced in the circuit board disassembly, the treatment efficiency of the smoke dust treatment system is effectively improved, and the treatment cost is reduced Meanwhile, by means of the adsorption of activated carbon on volatile organic matter and off-flavors, the total purification efficiency of the organic waste gas treatment system is improved
