Abstract: The utility model discloses a biomass liquefaction system which comprises a drying furnace, a fluidized bed reactor, a gas-solid separator and a two-stage spray tower, wherein a discharging hole of the drying furnace is communicated with a feeding hole of the fluidized bed reactor, a pyrolysis gas outlet of the fluidized bed reactor is communicated with a pyrolysis gas inlet of the gas-solid separator, a pyrolysis gas outlet of the gas-solid separator is communicated with a pyrolysis gas inlet of the two-stage spray tower, and a non-condensable gas outlet of the two-stage spray tower is communicated with a furnace chamber of the drying furnace; the bottom of the fluidized bed reactor is communicated with an air blower with the output air speed being 600-800 m /h and the pressure being 2-4 kpa. Low-speed air is provided for the bottom of the fluidized bed reactor through the air blower, and biomass fuel is in a gentle turnover state and produces a low-speed gasification reaction at the same time, so that the pyrolysis gas yield is increased, the charcoal yield is reduced, pyrolysis gas contains a very small amount of heat carriers, an auxiliary reactor is omitted, and the running safety of the system is improved.

Abstract: The utility model discloses a sludge reduction resourceful treatment device. A discharge hole of a spray drying tower and a coal box are connected with a feeder of a pyrolyzing furnace; a pyrolytic carbon discharge hole of the pyrolyzing furnace is connected with an incinerator feeding hole; a smoke outlet of the pyrolyzing furnace is connected with a spray tower, a mist removal device and an activated carbon adsorption bed; a return outlet of the pyrolyzing furnace is connected with a return inlet by virtue of a heat-resisting blower; a smoke outlet of the incinerator is connected with an air inlet of the spray drying tower; and a smoke tube is connected with the air inlet below the incinerator. The sludge reduction resourceful treatment device has the advantages that novel sludge cleaning and self-circulating green sludge treatment and disposal equipment integrating the functions of dehydration, sludge drying, dry sludge pyrolysis, high-value utilization of pyrolysis products, sludge carbon burning reduction, energy recovery, and simultaneous exhaust gas purification is formed, coal slag is burnt as a raw material of a construction material, the weight loss ratio reaches over 96%, no dioxin is generated or discharged in the reaction process of the whole system, zero emission of pollutants is achieved, and energy consumption and treatment cost are reduced.

Abstract: Keywords: converter valve; spray tower; scaling; valve cooling system. Abstract. When disassembling and checking the outer cold water pipeline of the third cooling tower in Tianshengqiao Station, we found that the scaling circumstances of the outer cold water pipeline inwall of the 1# tower, 2# tower and 3# tower are very different from that of the radiating coiler. In the 3 cooling towers, the scaling circumstances of 3# tower and 1# tower are the most serious and least serious respectively. Hereby, we designed three groups of experiments by selecting the flow of inside circulating water, the flow of spray water and the water resistance in the pipeline as the variables according to the influencing factors of scaling, and then respectively conducted research on the effects of the 3 factors on scaling, and lastly we put forward an improvement scheme for the valve cooling system of Tianshengqiao Station by combining the research conclusions and practical situation.

Abstract: The present invention includes chimney, spraying absorption tower, absorbant supplying tank and waste liquid collecting pond, and features that the spraying absorption tower is set inside the chimney and fixed via the bolts embedded into the inner wall of the chimney, and the absorbant supplying tank and the waste liquid collecting pond are outside the chimney. The present invention has saving in field and low cost. In addition, the reaction product from dusting is slurry rather than solid, and this results in small dust amount, no need of other dusting apparatus and low cost in desulfurizing apparatus and operation.

The novel energy-saving garbage incinerator comprises a hot water chamber, a preheating zone, a driving belt, an incinerator body, a main combustion zone, a waste gas outlet, a spray tower and a blower, wherein a partition board is mounted at the bottom end of the hot water chamber; the preheating zone is arranged in the incinerator body; one end of the preheating zone is connected with the driving belt; the main combustion zone is mounted in the incinerator body; a sprayer is arranged at the top end of the spray tower; the spray tower is in sealed connection with the incinerator body through a breather pipe; a return pipe is mounted at the bottom end of the spray tower; a filter is arranged at the lower end of the spray tower; an air inlet is formed in the lower end of the incinerator body; and the blower is fixedly mounted at the air inlet. The novel energy-saving garbage incinerator is reasonable in structure and high in energy utilization rate, solves the problems that the traditional garbage incinerator has low energy utilization rate and secondary air pollution is caused by incineration exhaust, and is suitable for being popularized and used.
