Abstract: The invention relates to a white smoke plume elimination system based on an upper spraying and upper air inlet spray tower. The white smoke plume elimination system comprises a spraying subsystem, a water treatment subsystem, a heat pump subsystem, a water circulation subsystem and a smoke reheating subsystem, wherein the water spraying subsystem consists of a spray layer comprising a plurality ofnozzles and a second water pump; the water treatment subsystem consists of a filter tank and a dosing tank which are connected; the heat pump subsystem consists of a compressor, an evaporator, a throttle valve and a condenser which are sequentially connected in series; the cooling water circulation subsystem is composed of a water pool, a first water pump and a connecting pipeline; the smoke reheating subsystem is composed of an air heater, a fan and an air mixing flue; a spraying layer comprising a plurality of nozzles is arranged in the spray tower, and is connected with the cooling water circulation subsystem and the heat pump subsystem through a second water pump; the hot air outlet of the condenser is connected with the mixed flue gas outlet of the spray tower; an outlet of the condensed water and cooling water of the spray tower is connected with the water treatment subsystem; and the dosing pool is connected with the evaporator in the heat pump subsystem; the fan is connected with the condenser in the heat pump subsystem.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To accomplish the high denitration efficiency using small installation area at reduced installation and the operation cost by providing a bent duct downstream of an oxidizing vessel and spraying alkaline aqueous solution at a point upstream of at least one bent portion of the duct. CONSTITUTION: Tunnel ventilation air containing nitrogen monoxide of 3ppm is lead to an electron beam irradiation reactor 1 to apply electron beam of 0.3kGy to the air by means of an electron beam irradiation device 2. Next, an aqueous solution of potassium carbonate of pH10 is sprayed from a spray nozzle 4 provided at the inlet of bent duct 7 having a sectional area of 1m and total length of 15m which is bent at four points in such a manner that liquid amount-to-gas amount ratio is 0.1kg/m and average particle diameter of liquid droplet is 2mm. If the gas is lead to an outlet 6 through an electrostatic precipitator 5, denitrifying efficiency for the same residence time is higher than in the case of a spray tower, and concentration of liquid droplets in the gas remains unchanged even with higher gas flow velocity than in the spray tower.

Abstract: The invention discloses an energy-saving novel ceramic slurry granulation process and equipment for the same. The process specifically comprises the steps of changing ceramic raw materials into ceramic slurry through ball milling, ageing, pumping into a slurry pipe in a high-pressure environment by a plunger pump, preheating to the temperature of 80-500 DEG C, and spraying into a spray tower by a spray nozzle. The equipment comprises the plunger pump, a heat exchanger and the spray tower, wherein the plunger pump is connected with the heat exchanger through the slurry pipe, and the heat exchanger is connected with the spray nozzle of the spray tower through the slurry pipe. According to the process and the equipment, the ceramic slurry is preheated to the temperature of 80-500 DEG C and then is sprayed into the spray tower, the moisture of the ceramic slurry can be evaporated through the heat of the ceramic slurry in a low-pressure environment in the spray tower, and the consumption of a lot of energy sources is reduced, so that the process and the equipment are energy-saving and environmental-friendly; ceramic granules produced by the process disclosed by the invention are solid granules and have the advantages that the fluidity is good, the molding speed is high, the firing cycle is short, a molding blank difficultly deforms and cracks, and the like; the preheating heat of the process can be residual heat generated by a kiln, namely heat contained in exhaust gases of the kiln, and energy sources can be recycled, so that the process is energy-saving.

Abstract: The invention relates to the field of NOX removal and aims at providing a method of removing ultrahigh concentration NOX by a microbial fuel cell spray method The method comprises the steps of preparing a bacterium solution from microorganisms with orient domestication removal of NOX, then inoculating the NOX removed microorganisms into a microbial fuel cell, extracting a solution from the bottom of the microbial fuel cell as an absorption solution after the microbial fuel cell independently operates stably, ejecting the absorption solution from an atomizing nozzle at the top of a tower to be in countercurrent contact with smoke introduced from the middle of the spray tower, discharging gas after absorption treatment from the top of the tower, and allowing the absorption solution to fall down and return to a second microbial fuel cell operation system According to the method, an electrochemical degradation effect is added; the activity of the microorganisms is promoted; at the same time, the removal of NOX is accelerated; a complex absorbent is not added; even if the solution leaks, the solution does not cause hazards to an environment; a reactor is configured into a single chamber; an ion exchange membrane is saved; the cost is lowered; a technology is simple; complicated equipment is not required; the method adapts to multiple environments; and the popularization is facilitated

Abstract: The invention discloses the organic exhaust gas treatment system, including water curtain spray booth, gas The invention discloses an organic waste gas processing system. The organic waste gas processing system comprise, in sequence, water curtain tank, gas phase catalytic oxidation device, solid phase catalytic oxidation device, padding spray tower, gas-water separator, plasma purifier,induced draft fan, activated carbon absorber, air filter, gas drying tower, high altitude blowdown stack, which connected by pipes. The system further comprises PLC control system and liquid flume. The pressure sensor is arranged at the air intake of the padding spray tower. The pressure sensor is connected with the PLC control system. The VOC on-line detector is arranged at the discharge outlet of the blowdown stack in the high altitude. The VOC on-line detector is connected with the PLC control system. The absorption liquid in the liquid flume is delivered by the water pump to padding spray tower and then back to the liquid flume; the induced draft fan is connected with the PLC control system.The organic waste gas processing system of the invention has a reasonable design in system; the system gradually absorbs organic waste gas of paint spraying through absorption apparatus with a usage of good absorption liquid. The system has a good absorbing and discomposing effect.
