Abstract: The invention discloses a spray tower for a desulfurization project. The spray tower comprises a desulfurizing tower body, a slurry area which is arranged at the bottom of the desulfurizing tower body, a demister which is arranged at the top of the desulfurizing tower body, and spray areas which are arranged in the middle of the desulfurizing tower body, wherein smoke inlets are arranged above the slurry area and below the spray areas in the desulfurizing tower body; smoke outlets are arranged above the demister in the desulfurizing tower body; and a slurry circulation pump is arranged between the slurry areas and the spray area. The limestone slurry is pumped by the slurry circulation pump to the spray areas at different height in the tower, and then sprayed through nozzles to form dispersed slurry drops. At the same time, the smoke flows from down to up, and the smoke and the liquid are completely contacted and blended, so as to wash and remove sulfur; and then, the demister demists the rising smoke. Compared with the traditional spray tower, the spray tower has less resistance, less internal components, simpler structure, lower cost, difficulty in scaling and other advantages.

Abstract: The present invention provides a storage battery recycling dusting spray tower which includes a tower body and a spray device; the tower body is provided with a gas inlet and a gas outlet, the bottom of the tower body is a liquid reservoir area; the spray device is mounted in the tower body; and a predetermined gap is arranged between one end of the spray device and the inner wall of the tower body. The predetermined gap is arranged between the spray device and the inner wall of the tower body, when a to-be-processed gas is contacted with a water film formed by the spray device, the to-be-processed gas can rise from the predetermined gap, the energy loss of the to-be-processed gas can be reduced, and the rising speed of the to-be-processed gas can be improved.

Abstract: To prepare sodium tripolyphosphate, a sodium orthophosphate solution, which has been obtained by neutralising raw phosphoric acid produced at least partially by precipitation purification after digestion of raw phosphates with strong mineral acids and has been concentrated with the aid of the waste gases from the spray tower and contains 66.6 % by weight of diphosphate and 33.4 % by weight of monophosphate, is introduced into the upper part of a spray tower. In the spray tower, the sodium orthophosphate solution is sprayed by means of at least one nozzle through a flame zone generated by a plurality of burners in a circular arrangement. The pulverulent sodium tripolyphosphate is collected in the lower part of the spray tower. A silica-containing compound is added to the sodium orthophosphate solution while it is being concentrated.

The circulation device comprises the spraying tower, wherein the bottom part of the spray tower is provided with a three-way valve No. 1; a liquid collection box is arranged below the spray tower; a partition plate is arranged in the liquid collection box and divides the liquid collection box into two parts with equalsize; the three-way valve No. 1 is located above the partition plate; two through openings of the three-way valve No. 1 respectively correspond to two parts of the liquid collection box; a liquid take-up pump is arranged above the liquid collection box; the inlet of the liquid take-up pump is connected with a liquid take-up pipe; a three-way valve No. 2 is arranged on the liquid take-up pipe andconnected with a liquid take-up pipe No. 1 and a liquid take-up pipe No. 2 which respectively correspond to two parts of the liquid collection box; the outlet of the liquid take-up pump is connected with a spray pipe which is connected with the spray tower; a three-way valve No. 4 is arranged on the spray pipe and connected with a liquid supplementing pipe; a tar discharge pipe is arranged on theliquid collection box; and a three-way valve No. 3 is arranged on the tar discharge pipe which is respectively connected with a tar discharge pipe No. 1 and a tar discharge pipe No. 2 which respectively correspond to two parts of the liquid collection box.

Abstract: The invention discloses a spray tower capable of preventing an observation window from pollution. The spray tower comprises a spray tower body, the observation window, a horizontal slide rail, a vertical lifting motor, a vertical lifting rod, a horizontal retractable rod, a horizontal retractable motor, an external metal slider, a glass eraser and a swing rod, wherein the observation window is arranged on the wall surface of the spray tower body in a sealed manner, and a lamp is further arranged in the spray tower body; the vertical lifting motor is glidingly arranged on the horizontal slide rail and connected with the external metal slider; the horizontal retractable rod can stretch and retract periodically; the glass eraser is arranged on the inner side wall surface of the observation window and mutually adsorbed with the external metal slider; the top end of the swing rod is hinged with the glass eraser. A spray rod, a spray nozzle angle and a spray effect can be observed conveniently by means of the conventional observation window on the premise that the structure of the conventional spray tower body is not changed and the air tightness of the spray tower is not affected, observation via the observation window is clear, and the observation window is not prone to pollution.
