Abstract: The invention discloses a refiltering system for spray tower filtering gas. The refiltering system comprises a spray tower gas outlet pipeline, an exhaust well and a filtering pipeline; the exhaust well is arranged underground and provided with a well cover at a well head of the exhaust well; the well cover is provided with a through hole; the spray tower gas outlet pipeline passes through the through hole and enters into the exhaust well; the above filtering pipeline is arranged underground transversely with one end leading to a wall of the exhaust well and the other end in an L shape leading to an earth surface. The invention has advantage that refiltering is carried out on exhaust gas, which has treated with spraying purification by the spray tower, and the filtered exhaust gas reaches national standard on exhaust gas discharge and has characteristic of energy saving and environment friendliness.

Abstract: A periodic ozone treatment system for a showering tower type water cooling system worked once daily for a period of 10∼30 minutes essentially comprises: an ozone dissolving tank (50) to prepare high density ozone solution therein and periodically fed to the cooling system from a top of the showering tower automatically; a bypass piping (44) connected from a heated water recycling pipe after a heat exchanging in a main functional heat exchanger (40) to a sand filter (34) to shift recycling water for washing the sand in the filter by a reverse osmosis operation during the period while the ozone treatment system is working; and an ozone decomposition reactor (38) disposed at a front of heat exchanger (40) free from corrosion.

Abstract: The present invention refers to a method and an apparatus for processing waste liquid, in particular industrial waste water of high solids content, characterized by the following steps: a) spraying and evaporating the waste liquid together with a dry gas, in particular dry air in a counterflow of dry gas, in particular dry air in a spray tower, b) collecting the solids of the waste water in a lower section of the spray tower, c) discharging the moist gas from an upper section of the spray tower and bringing the moist gas in heat exchange with an evaporator of a refrigerating means,wherein the liquid condensed from the evaporator is collected, d) bringing the cooled dry gas in heat exchange with the condensor of said refrigerating means, and e) returning the heated dry gas in a closed loop to the method step a)

Abstract: The invention discloses an odorless regenerated rubber desulfurization tail gas purifying apparatus. The apparatus includes a desulfurization tank, the upper end of the desulfurization tank is provided with a gas outlet, the gas outlet is connected with a gas outlet tube, the gas outlet tube is connected with an oil removing device, the gas outlet of the oil removal device is connected with a heat exchanger through a pipeline, the cold side outlet of the heat exchanger is connected with a spray tower, the gas outlet of the spray tower is connected with a fine desulfurization bed through a pipeline, and the discharging opening of the fine desulfurization bed is connected with an emptying cylinder. The appropriate tail gas purifying apparatus is designed according to an odorless regenerated rubber desulfurization tail gas purifying method developed by the applicant. Firstly, the above system recovers vegetable oil, so inconvenient cleaning due to the obstruction and the pollution of behind pipelines caused by oil stains and the like can be avoided; then the system fully recovers waste heat in the tail gas, so energy saving is achieved; and finally standard reaching discharge is realized after dedusting and desulfurization, so the system has the advantages of simple structure and low cost.
