Abstract: The invention discloses an ammonium paratungstate production cycle weak acid recycling system which comprises a decomposing tank, a spray tower and a weak-acid waste liquid treatment system. The decomposing tank is provided with a sealing top, a waste gas staying cavity is formed in the space between the sealed top and a reaction tank at the bottom of the decomposing tank, a temperature detector and a pressure detector are arranged in the waste gas staying cavity, a control device is arranged outside the decomposing tank and connected with the temperature detector and the pressure detector, an exhaust pipe is arranged at the sealed top, a control valve is arranged on the exhaust pipe and connected with the control device, an air outlet is formed in the upper portion of the spray tower, a mist spray header is arranged at the top of an inner cavity of the spray tower, a liquid outlet is formed in the bottom of the spray tower, a plurality of turbulent inclined plates are sequentially arranged at the bottom of the spray tower in a staggered manner at intervals from bottom to top, the surface of each turbulent inclined plate is coated with waste gas catalysts, and pH (potential of hydrogen) of mist spray liquid sprayed by the mist spray header is 12-14.

Abstract: The invention relates to a hot-wet waste gas heat recovery system, in particular to an absorption type hot-wet waste gas total heat recovery system without a renewable heat source, and solves the problem that the existing spray tower absorption type total heat recovery system needs an additional high-temperature heat source and an additional cooling heat source during the promotion process to cause high project cost. According to the absorption type hot-wet waste gas total heat recovery system, one end of a secondary steam pipe communicates with a regenerator, and the other end of the secondary steam pipe communicates with a regeneration heat exchanging coil; a steam compressor is arranged on the secondary steam pipe between the regenerator and the regeneration heat exchanging coil; the outlet end of the regeneration heat exchanging coil communicates with the secondary steam pipe; a steam draining device is arranged on the secondary steam pipe communicating with the regeneration heat exchanging coil; and a heat collector, a solution regenerator and a throttling expansion device are sequentially arranged on a dilute solution pipe between an outlet end in the lower part of an absorption spray tower and an inlet end in the lower part of the regenerator. The absorption type hot-wet waste gas total heat recovery system is used for the hot-wet waste gas absorption type total heat recovery project lacking a high-temperature heat source and a cooling heat source.

The device comprises a hydrogen chloride absorption unit and a spray absorption unit, wherein the hydrogen chloride absorption unit comprises X hydrogen chloride absorbers; a yth hydrogen chloride absorber in the X hydrogen chloride absorbers is provided with a yth hydrogen chloride absorption tower, a yth hydrogen chloride circulation groove and a yth hydrogen chloride circulating pump; the spray absorption unit comprises a first spray device; the first spray device comprises a first spray tower; a first filler is arranged in the first spray tower; a first spray liquid outlet communicates with an xth hydrogen chloride circulation groove; and a first gas inlet is connected with an xth tower gas outlet. The device fully utilizes the operation characteristics of the absorption and spray units; and the absorption operation is suitable for high-component-concentration operation, and has the advantages of high treatment capacity and low energy consumption, and the spray operation can further lower the hydrogen chloride content in the tail gas, so that the tail gas reaches the discharge standard. The device provided by the invention has the advantages of high overall efficiency, low energy consumption and low operating cost.

Abstract: The invention relates to a spray tower for waste gas of a paint spraying workshop. The spray tower comprises an air outlet chamber, a spraying chamber, a packing chamber, an air inlet chamber, a wastewater recovery chamber and a settling chamber which are sequentially distributed from top to bottom, the air inlet chamber is connected with an air inlet pipe, and an air vent is formed in the side wall of the air inlet pipe; an activated carbon adsorption layer is arranged on the air inlet pipe; the spraying chamber comprises a spraying pipe and a spraying head; the air outlet chamber is providedwith an air outlet pipe; the wastewater recovery chamber is connected with an acid-base tank and an additive tank, one side of the wastewater recovery chamber is provided with a pH detection window and a liquid level detection window, a pH detector is arranged in the pH detection window, and the liquid level detection window is provided with a liquid level meter; a settling plate is arranged in the settling chamber, and a detachable side plate is arranged at the bottom of the settling chamber. Waste gas generated in the paint spraying workshop is effectively sprayed and washed, harmful substances in the waste gas are purified, and paint mist is prevented from blocking a filler.

Abstract: The invention provides a spray tower and a method for processing VOCs by using the spray tower. The spray tower comprises a tower body, a packing layer, a defogging layer, a grating plate, a spray device, an air inlet and an air outlet, the defogging layer is located at the top of the tower, the packing layer is located in the tower body located below the defogging layer, the packing layer and thedefogging layer are correspondingly supported by the grating plate, the upper part of the packing layer is provided with the spray device, the air inlet is located in the tower body and below the packing layer, and the air outlet is located in the top of the defogging layer. The method comprises the steps that gas containing the VOCs is introduced into the spray tower through the air inlet, meanwhile an absorbent solution is sprayed to the packing layer by using the spray device, the gas penetrates through the packing layer, the absorption solution absorbs the VOCs and then is discharged, andafter removing the VOCs, the gas is discharged from the air outlet through the defogging layer. The provided method does not produce hazardous activated carbon waste, the cost is reduced, and the environment is protected.
