TL;DR: The salt spraying tester spray tower device as discussed by the authors is characterized by comprising a spray tower installed at the center of a working chamber, a cavity is formed in the spray tower, a spray nozzle inlet is formed at the spray outlet, and an upper cover is arranged on the working chamber.
Abstract: The invention comprises a salt spraying tester spray tower device The salt spraying tester spray tower device is characterized by comprising a spray tower installed at the center of a working chamber, a cavity is formed in the spray tower, a spray nozzle inlet is formed in the spray tower, and a spray outlet is formed in the upper portion of the spray tower An upper cover is arranged on the working chamber According to the salt spraying tester spray tower device, upward spraying is adopted, uniform scattering is adopted as well, and therefore the salt spray environment is more uniform; the defect that scattering is not facilitated when spraying is conducted on one side in a single direction can be overcome, and the test result is prevented from being influenced by non-uniformity of the salt spray test environment

TL;DR: In this article, a phosphoric acid activated carbon activating furnace waste-heat utilization and tail gas absorption device was presented. But the authors did not consider the use of a tail gas absorbing spray tower.
Abstract: The invention discloses a phosphoric acid activated carbon activating furnace waste-heat utilization and tail-gas absorption device. Heat exchange pipes are connected with hot water outlet headers; a hoisting hole is located between each hot water outlet header and each cold water outlet header; the cold water outlet headers are connected with the heat exchange pipes; a top insulating layer is located above the heat exchange pipes; support hooks are each located on the upper end of the heat exchange pipe. The device breaks traditional concepts of the conventional activated carbon activating furnace waste-heat utilization and tail gas absorption device field, so as to achieve the purpose of the waste-heat utilization; and at present, because of use of the waste-heat utilization device, the flue gas temperature is dropping, a humidification cooling tower can be supplemented, effects can be reached by direct use of a tail gas absorbing spray tower, and moreover, investment and operation costs of a tail gas absorbing system are saved.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors used a spray tower to remove a trace of mercury and then removed the remaining trace amt of mercury with the final treating device, which was used to recover and reutilize mercury by crushing and heating a spent mercury-contg dry cell.
Abstract: PURPOSE:To recover and reutilize mercury by crushing and heating a spent mercury-contg dry cell, cooling the obtained mercury vapor, sending the dry- distilled gas to a spray tower to remove a trace of mercury and then removing the remaining trace amt of mercury with the final treating device CONSTITUTION:A mercury-contg dry cell is crushed by a crusher 1, the crushed material is heated in an external-heating dry distillation furnace 2 at a temp above the bp of mercury, the gaseous distillate discharged from the furnace 2 is cooled by a condenser 3 to condense the mercury vapor and the condensed mercury is recovered a mercury recovery vessel 4 The trace amt of mercury in the waste gas from the vessel 4 and suspended dust are removed in a spray tower 6, small amts of impurities and moisture are separated from the waste gas from the tower 6 by a cushion tank 81 in the final treating part 8, then the minor amt of remaining mercury which has not been removed in the tower 6 and hydrocarbons in the waste gas are adsorbed and removed by the activated carbon and silica gel in a packed tower 84 and the waste gas after passing through the tower 84 is discharged to the atmosphere from a waste gas stack 85

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a device for treating flue gas by water steam plasma, which consists of a first spray tower, a second spray tower and a plasma generator.
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for treating flue gas by water steam plasma. The device at least comprises a first spray tower, a second spray tower, a plasma generator and a flash evaporation tank, wherein water steam is inputted into the plasma generator; a first aeration device is arranged in the first spray tower, a second aeration device is arranged in the second spray tower, the output end of the plasma generator is communicated with the second aeration device, and then the water steam plasma is sent into the second aeration device; the bottom part of the first spray tower is communicated with a flue gas pipeline, a first conveying pipe is communicated between the first spray tower and the second spray tower, and mixing liquid entering the second spray tower reacts with the plasma sprayed from the second aeration device; the mixing liquid in the second spray tower is sent into the flash evaporation tank, is subjected to flash evaporation in the flash evaporation tank, and then is sent into the first aeration device. The device has the advantages that the structure is simpler, the number of equipment is fewer, the manufacturing cost is low, the flue gas is thoroughly purified, and the purifying efficiency and effect of the flue gas are improved.

TL;DR: In this article, a spray pelleting method of gyromagnetic ferrite powder is presented, where particles are regularly round and formed compactly, and good consistency and repeatability are achieved.
Abstract: The invention provides a pelleting method of gyromagnetic ferrite By means of the pelleting method of the gyromagnetic ferrite, particles are round, particle size distribution is uniform, and mobility is good The pelleting method comprises the following steps that while slurry with the solid content being 40-60% is stirred, a dispersing agent and a PVA solution are added, specifically, the added amount of the dispersing agent to each kilogram of the slurry is 22-24 mL, the added amount of the PVA solution is 12-15% the weight of the slurry, the PVA solution comprises 8-10% of PVA by mass, and the stirring time is 30-70 minutes; and the newly obtained slurry is subjected to spray pelleting through a spray tower, specifically, during pelleting, the temperature of an air inlet of the spray tower is controlled to be 240 DEG C, the temperature of an air outlet of the spray tower is controlled to be 105 DEG C, the pressure difference in the tower is controlled to be 20-40 Pa, and thus gyromagnetic ferrite powder is obtained By the adoption of the spray pelleting mode, the amount of labor is low, moisture distribution of the prepared gyromagnetic ferrite powder is uniform, the particles are regularly round and formed compactly, and good consistency and repeatability are achieved
