Abstract: The invention discloses a circularly spraying type device for carrying out anti-explosion treatment on steam generated after thermally braising steel slag. The device comprises a slag braising pit used for stacking steel slag, wherein the top of the slag braising pit is hermetically covered by a slag braising cover; a gas outlet is formed in the side wall of the slag braising cover; the slag braising pit is communicated with a spray tower via a steam pipeline communicated with the gas outlet in the side wall of the slag braising cover; at least a vent hole is formed in the top of the slag braising cover; each vent hole of the slag braising cover is communicated with the spray tower via a gas outlet pipe; the gas outlet pipes are arranged in a gradually rising trend; a spray mechanism capable of spraying water downwards is arranged in the spray tower; a water outlet is formed in the lower side wall of the spray tower; the spray tower is communicated with an inlet of a cooling tower via a first water return pipeline; an outlet of the cooling tower is communicated with a water tank via a second water return pipeline; the water tank is used for supplying water to the spray mechanism in the spray tower via a low pressure water pump and a water supply pipeline. The device has the advantage that the device can be used for effectively treating steam generated after thermally braising steel slag.

Abstract: The invention discloses an exhaust gas treatment system in a sludge carbonizing process and relates to the technical field of sludge carbonized exhaust gas treatment. The exhaust gas treatment systemin the sludge carbonizing process comprises a sludge drier, a spray tower, a circulating fan, a condenser, a heat exchanger and a ventilating pipeline. The air outlet orifice of the sludge drier communicates to the air inlet orifice of the spray tower through the ventilating pipeline; the air outlet orifice of the spray tower communicates to the air inlet orifice of a circulating fan; the air outlet orifice of the circulating fan communicates to the air inlet orifice of the condenser through the ventilating pipeline; the air outlet orifice of the condenser communicates to the inlet of a heating end of the heat exchanger through the ventilating pipeline; and the outlet of the heating end of the heat exchanger communicates to the air inlet orifice of the sludge drier through the ventilatingpipeline. By transferring high temperature, high humidity, high composition and high odor concentration gas generated by the sludge drier to the spray tower, the condenser and the heat exchanger to circularly treat the gas, the energy consumption needed by combustion gas is reduced, the cost is lowered and the environmental pollution is reduced.

Abstract: The CFD software Fluent and Gambit had been introduced for the simulation of the flow and temperature fields of the wet flue gas desulphurization Standard k-e turbulence model and the particle path model described the motion of the flue gas and the liquid droplets The problems of the desulphurization spray tower were found the flue gas stuck tower wall, the distribution of the flow-fields was not an ideal state and the temperature of the export was higher by numerical simulation Aiming at these problems it was optimized design by numerical simulation The simulation results indicate that the angle of the flue gas entrance was down to 15° and installed the flue gas distributor in area of atomization down the spray layers, the flue gas following along the tower wall was overcome At the same time the gas temperature of the export was lower than before the modification The study results supplied the basis of the optimization of the structure of desulphurization spray tower

Abstract: The invention relates to a device for treating flue gas by oxygen plasma. The device at least comprises a first spray tower, a second spray tower, a plasma generator and a flash tank, oxygen is conveyed into the plasma generator, a first priming device is arranged in the first spray tower, a second priming device is arranged in the second spray tower, an output end of the plasma generator is communicated with the second priming device to convey the oxygen plasma into the second priming device, the bottom of the first spray tower is communicated with a flue gas pipeline, a first conveying pipeline is communicated between the first spray tower and the second spray tower, mixed liquid entering the second spray tower and the oxygen plasma sprayed by the second priming device form reaction, and the mixed liquid in the second spray tower enters the flash tank, is flashed by the flash tank and then enters the first priming device. The device is simpler in structure, less in investment and low in manufacturing cost, the flue gas is thoroughly purified, and the purifying efficiency and effects of the flue gas are improved.

The device is formed by connecting a hearth, a furnace pipe, an induced pipe, an induced draft fan, a feed dustpan and a spray tower, wherein the rotatable furnace pipe is mounted in the hearth; a cage basket of the furnace pipe is positioned in an anoxic zone above the hearth flame; the feed dustpan is arranged on the ground right ahead the hearth; waste plastic can enter the furnace pipe; the induced pipe is mounted above the hearth; the other end of the induced pipe is communicated with the spray tower; the induced draft fan is mounted on the induced pipe; a spray head is arranged in the spray tower and communicated with a high-pressure water source through a pipeline and a switch; upper, middle and lower valves are arranged on the side wall of the bottom of the spray tower and used for discharging waste gas, oil and water respectively; and a transparent glass strip is arranged on the tower body of the spray tower so as to observe the liquid surface change condition of oil and water in the spray tower.
