Abstract: Nozzle installation (1) for spraying a substance that is supposed to be pulverized, comprising:- a first inlet (2) for the substance,- a second inlet (3) for a driving medium,- an outlet (4), through which the substance can be driven by the driving medium,- a heating line (5) that is arranged such that the substance can be heated between the first inlet (2) and the outlet (4) by the heating line (5),- a first temperature sensor (6) arranged at the outlet (4), and- a control unit (9) configured for controlling the heating power of the heating line (5) based on a first temperature measured by the first temperature sensor (6).By means of the described methods, the described nozzle installation (1) and the described device (11), pulverization of a substance such as a fat can be performed in a particularly reliable manner. Due to a controlled heating of the substance prior to spraying the substance into a spray tower (12), a particular uniform particle size distribution can be achieved and clogging of a nozzle installation (1) can be prevented.

Abstract: The utility model discloses a flue gas desulfurization device taking secondary zinc oxide soot as a desulfurizing agent. The flue gas desulfurization device comprises a foam absorption tower and a spiral spray tower which are communicated with each other; wherein the foam absorption tower comprises a first tower top outlet, a first foam filter layer, a diaphragm plate, a partition plate and a low-level liquid collection tank which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; the foam absorption tower is provided with a flue gas pipe inlet for introducing sulfur-containing flue gas below the partition plate; an oxygen-enriched bubbling device is mounted in the low-level liquid collecting tank; the spiral spray tower comprises a second tower top outlet, a second foam filter layer, a spiralsprayer and a high-level liquid collecting tank which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; the spiral spray tower is provided with an air inlet below the spiral sprayer, the air inlet is connected with an outlet in the top of the first tower through a pipeline, the spiral sprayer conveys secondary zinc oxide slurry through a liquid conveying pipeline, and the high-position liquid collecting tank is communicated with the low-position liquid collecting tank. The device adopts a foam desulfurization process and a foam absorption mode, so that equipment blockage and scaling can be reduced.

Abstract: The present invention provides a storage battery recycling dusting spray device which includes a spray tower, the spray tower is provided with a flue and a plate-type deduster, the flue is in communication dust with a storage battery recycling plant, the plate-type deduster is in communication with the spray tower, flue gas generated by the storage battery production recycling plant enters the spray tower by the flue, and after spraying treatment of the spray tower, enters the plate-type deduster for dusting treatment. The storage battery recycling dusting spray device uses the plate-type deduster, and compared with that of a bag-type dust collector, the plate-type deduster is better in dusting effect, high in dust trapping rate, stable in pressure loss, strong in moisture resistance, long in life, and especially suitable for storage battery recycling.

Abstract: The invention discloses a catalytic combustion comprehensive treatment system for organic waste gas containing Cl-VOCs, and relates to the field of industrial waste gas treatment. The catalytic combustion comprehensive treatment system mainly comprises a front sampling system, a cyclone separator, an electrostatic dust collector, a dechlorination cracker, a spray tower I, a catalytic combustion device, a spray tower II, a fan and an exhaust funnel which are communicated in sequence. A spraying liquid in the spray tower is an alkaline solution or water, the dechlorination cracker is filled witha Cu-Cr-based spinel catalyst, and the catalytic combustion device is filled with an efficient oxidizing catalyst arranged in a layered mode. The organic waste gas containing Cl-VOCs is deeply purified through devices such as gravity settling, electrostatic agglomeration, chemical absorption, oxygen-controlled dechlorination, chemical adsorption and catalytic combustion, so that the organic wastegas can reach the emission standard, and the pollution of the organic waste gas to the atmospheric environment is reduced.

Abstract: The invention relates to a VOCs exhaust gas treatment system which comprises an intake pipe, an exhaust pipe and a main fan arranged at a gas inlet end of the exhaust pipe, wherein a pretreatment section, a first photooxidation treatment tank, an activated carbon adsorption tower, a spray tower and a combustion chamber are sequentially connected between the intake pipe and the main fan by a pipeline; the pretreatment section comprises a PP fiber section and an activated carbon fiber section; in a process of drying ink, the main fan can absorb the exhaust gas generated in a drying process to the pretreatment section through the gas inlet pipe; the pretreated exhaust gas enters the first photooxidation treatment tank; then the exhaust gas after photooxidation treatment passes through the activated carbon adsorption tower; the exhaust gas adsorbed by activated carbon passes through the spray tower; and then, the exhaust gas is absorbed to the combustion chamber under action of the main fan, and finally is discharged outdoors through the exhaust pipe. The VOCs exhaust gas treatment system provided by the invention has an effect of reducing pollution of the exhaust gas generated duringprinting production drying on human or atmosphere.
