Abstract: The invention discloses a waste electronic circuit board or electroplating sludge smelting flue gas treatment method. The method comprises the steps of putting waste electronic circuit boards or granulated electroplating sludge into an oxygen-enriched furnace for smelting to obtain a metal phase and smoke dust; settling and purifying the obtained smoke dust through a six-stage settling chamber; radiating and cooling the purified flue gas; after cooling, dedusting again, separating water and gas after dedusting, and then carrying out a plasma cracking oxidation reaction; filling ozone into thecracked flue gas for an oxidation reaction; introducing the oxidized flue gas into a refrigeration cooler for cooling; and introducing the cooled flue gas into an alkaline spray tower for neutralization and oxidation reactions, discharging the generated salt from the bottom of the tower, and discharging the generated gas after standard-reaching separation. The waste electronic circuit board or electroplating sludge smelting flue gas treatment method is efficient, environmentally friendly, safe and free of pollution.

Abstract: The invention relates to a circulation protection gas internal mixer system. The system comprises an internal mixer body, the internal mixer body comprises a shell and an internal mixing cavity arranged in the shell, a pair of mixing rotors are arranged in the internal mixing cavity, a hydraulic plate is arranged at the top of the internal mixer body; the system further comprises a dust removal filter cartridge, a spray tower and an adsorption tower. According to the circulation protection gas internal mixer system, the inert protective gas is adopted to isolate oxygen from the mixing process,so that the influence of high-temperature oxidation on materials in the mixing process reaches the minimum, and the product quality is improved; the waste gas generated in the mixing process can be taken out by the introduced inert protective gas, the waste gas is subjected to layer-by-layer filtration, and the discharged waste gas can meet the green and environment-friendly requirements. The treated waste gas can be directly discharged, and can also be selected to be incorporated into an air inlet pipeline main path for repeated cyclic utilization; so that the production cost of using the protective gas can be reduced.

Abstract: The invention provides a method for preparing a manganese sulfate solution by removing high-concentration SO2 in flue gas through manganese carbonate ore. The method mainly comprises the following steps of: feeding high-concentration SO2 flue gas from a first-stage tower section of a multi-stage spray tower, feeding desulfurization slurry from a last-stage tower section of the multi-stage spray tower, carrying out continuous graded feeding on each stage of tower section so that the pH value and the manganese-iron ratio of the desulfurization slurry in each stage of tower section are controlledto be in a proper range, wherein the desulfurization slurry and the flue gas reversely flow among tower sections of the multi-stage spray tower and the desulfurization slurry is circularly sprayed ineach tower section of the multi-stage spray tower to be in contact reaction with the flue gas entering from the lower part of the tower section, so that SO2 in the flue gas is removed and manganese in manganese carbonate ore is leached, discharging a manganese sulfate solution product from the first-stage tower section, and discharging fully desulfurized flue gas from the last-stage tower section. The method provided by the invention utilizes ferromanganese to synergistically catalyze desulfurization, and has the characteristics of high SO2 oxidation efficiency and low production cost.

Abstract: The invention discloses an organic waste gas treatment system. The system comprises a spray device and a reduced pressure distillation device, the spray device comprises three spray towers which are connected in sequence, a gas inlet tube is mounted at the gas inlet end of the spray towers, the gas discharge end of the spray towers is connected with a gas discharge tube, the gas discharge tube isprovided with a gas discharge fan, the liquid discharge ends of the spray towers are connected with a liquid storage box, every spray tower includes a spray tube with a spray nozzle, the spray tubes are sequentially connected with the liquid inlet tubes, every liquid inlet tube is provided with a liquid feeding pump, the liquid discharge end of the liquid storage box is connected with a liquid suction tube, and the liquid suction tube is provided with a liquid suction pump; the reduced pressure distillation device includes a distillation kettle, the steam outlet of the distillation kettle is sequentially connected with a first condensing tube and a recovery tank, the recovery tank is connected with a vacuum generator, and a condensation fan is arranged at a corresponding position of the first condensing tube; and the liquid discharge end of the liquid suction tube is connected with the feeding end of the distillation kettle, and the material discharge end of the distillation kettle isconnected with the liquid inlet end of the liquid storage box through a material discharge tube. The organic waste gas treatment system of the invention can efficiently treat waste gas and recover volatile organic compounds.

Abstract: The invention provides a flue gas mercury removal system based on photochemical advanced oxidation, which comprises a burning and discharging system composed of a burner, an electrostatic precipitator, a heat exchanger, a spray tower, a liquid-filling tower, a chimney and a knockout tower, wherein the flue gas generated by the burner is fed into the heat exchanger for carrying out refrigeration after removing particulate matters in the electrostatic precipitator, and then is fed into the spray tower; the spray tower is internally provided with ultraviolet tubes; hydrogen dioxide solution coming from the liquid-filling tower is extracted by a circulating pump, and then is sprayed into the spray tower by an atomizing nozzle; hydrogen peroxide is excitated and decomposed by ultraviolet lights in the spray tower to generate a hydroxyl radical (.OH) with strong oxidability which generates gas-liquid absorption reaction with the flue gas in the spray tower, thereby removing HgO in the flue gas by oxidation; the flue gas being subject to absorption and washing is fed into the chimney for discharging from the top of the spray tower; the HgO generated in the spray tower is oxidized to be soluble Hg which is fixed in the solution; the solution is sucked into the knockout tower by the circulating pump and then generates HgS to Hg with the added Na2S solution so as to perform capture recycle to realize the flue gas demercuration.
