Abstract: The invention relates to a process and an apparatus for high performance flue gas cleaning, in particular to improvements of a wet lime- or limestone-based flue gas desulphurization process and intended for this a single-loop, counter-current, spray tower scrubber (1) with multiple spray levels (SL1-SL6) and a reaction tank in the base, wherein novel features are primarily: (a) the total fresh reagent amount is fed on demand in the suction pipe of the recirculation pump (RP1-RP6) supplying the upper spray level(s); (b) the scrubber inlet duct is equipped with a row of flat vanes rotated on a specific angle relative to the duct guidance, providing a gas flow profile that exhibits higher velocities at the bottom and lower velocities at the top of the inlet duct; (c) for plurality of spray banks, the nozzles at the scrubber wall spray downwards and nozzles in the middle of the spray bank spray downwards.

Abstract: The invention discloses garbage incineration ash solidification treatment equipment and method. The garbage incineration ash solidification treatment equipment comprises a water tank used for ash solidification, wherein an ash guiding cover is arranged above the water tank, a spray tower is arranged in a manner of extending upwards from the guiding cover above the opening of the water tank, a plurality of mesh layers are arranged in the spray tower, an absorption filtering substance layer carrying out filtering absorption treatment on steam atomized substances formed by evaporation in the water tank and located above the opening of the water tank is spread on each mesh layer, spray heads connected with a spray pipe are arranged above each absorption filtering substance layer, each spray pipe extends at the outer part of the spray tower and is connected with a circulating pump, and the pumping-in end of the circulating pump extends into a spray agent storing tank in which a spray agent for carrying out spray absorption treatment on the harmful steam atomized substances of ash is stored; and the spray agent is pumped into the spray pipes through the circulating pump and is sprayed downwards towards the absorption filtering substance layers from the spray heads for absorbing the harmful steam atomized substances formed by upward evaporation. Residual harmful gas is effectively removed, secondary pollution is avoided, and high-temperature ash solidification treatment is safer and healthier.

Abstract: FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an improved method for efficient recycling of a refinery mother solution from apparatus for producing purified terephthalic acid PTA, involving the following steps: (1) cooling the refinery mother solution using a heat exchange technique; (2) treating the cooled refinery mother solution by ultrafiltration and recycling the ultrafiltered concentrated solution for an oxidation apparatus; (3) conducting ion-exchange treatment of the filtrate obtained from ultrafiltration: selective adsorption of Co ions and Mn ions in the filtrate, recycling the desorption solution of Co and Mn as a catalyst and subsequent adsorption of metal ions such as Fe ions, Ni ions and Na ions; and (4) using the solution after ion exchange as a heat-absorbing medium at step (1) for exchanging heat with the refinery mother solution, wherein a large portion of the solution is fed into a spray tower drier, and the remaining portion after heat exchange is discarded; the solution which is sprayed in the spray tower drier is recycled in the refinery system. The invention also relates to a system for recycling a refinery mother solution from apparatus for producing purified terephthalic acid PTA, having a heat exchange system, an ultrafiltration system, an ion exchange system and a spray tower drier, wherein the heat exchange system includes a first heat exchange apparatus and a cooling device; the ion exchange system includes a first ion exchange apparatus and a second ion exchange apparatus; the outlet of the heat-dissipating medium from the first heat exchanger is connected to the inlet of the heat-dissipating medium into the cooling device; the outlet of the heat-dissipating medium from the cooling device is connected to the inlet of the ultrafiltration system; the outlet of the filtrate from the ultrafiltration system is connected to the inlet of the first ion exchange apparatus, the outlet of the first ion exchange apparatus is connected to the inlet of the second ion exchange apparatus; the outlet of the second ion exchange apparatus is connected to the inlet of the heat-absorbing medium of the first heat exchanger; and the outlet of the heat-absorbing medium of the first heat exchanger is connected to the pipe of the sprayer of the spray tower drier.EFFECT: method has the following advantages: considerably simple treatment process; lower capital costs and operating costs; low power consumption; method helps conserve the environment and save energy; more economic advantages.10 cl, 2 dwg, 1 ex

The method comprises the following steps: separating system tail gas generated in the production process of the fermented cordyceps by a cyclone separator (10), causing non-condensable gas to enter an exhaust gas monitoring buffer room (11) with a temperature and gas concentration monitoring sensor, causing the non-condensable gas to selectively pass a heat exchange system (2), a one-stage spray tower system (4), a two-stage spray tower system (5), a three-stage spray tower system (6) and a four-stage spray tower system (7) through the self-control of a magnetic valve and an air blower according to the monitoring data of the monitoring sensor, removingentrainment in the tail gas reaching the standard through online testing by a reset demister (8), and then discharging through a chimney (9).
