Abstract: The invention relates to a spray device capable of meeting desulfurization towers under different working conditions of a CFB (circulating fluidized bed) boiler and belongs to the environmental protection field. Each spray layer contains a main water inlet pipe, a plurality of branch pipes and a bearing beam for fixation, wherein each main water inlet pipe is a pipe adopting reducing type change, the branch pipes are arranged on pipes with different diameters, and spray heads arranged on the branch pipes; the bearing beams are fixedly connected with the wall of a spray tower; multiple spray layers are fixed in the spray tower, and the vertical positions of the main water inlet pipes of all the spray layers are not overlapped. Through combination of forward-flow spray with reverse-flow spray, angle arrangement of the spray heads and arrangement of directions of the spray layers, the conditions that the desulfurization tower scales, is blocked and has spray dead corners are eliminated fundamentally, so that the desulfurization efficiency of the desulfurization tower is improved, and the spray device has characteristics of reliability in operation, convenience in operation and high adaptability to flue gas change in engineering practice. The reaction environment is optimized, the size of the tower body is narrowed, and the design principle of simplicity and reliability is embodied. Conciseness, high efficiency and reliability are realized indeed.

Abstract: The invention discloses a spray system with functions of removing dust and odor and cooling for waste gas purification treatment. The spray system comprises a spray tower; the spray tower comprises atower body; a waste gas inlet is formed at the lower side of the tower body, and a gas outlet is formed in the top of the tower body; the tower body is internally provided with a plurality of waste gas treatment assemblies; each waste gas treatment assembly comprises a spray device and an absorption device; the spray devices are connected with a chemical agent conveying device; each absorption device is formed by a plurality of plastic pellets which are stacked together; a wastewater outlet is formed in the bottom of the tower body and is connected with a wastewater treatment device. In a using process of the spray system provided by the invention, when gas containing pollutants passes through a packing layer, pollutant molecules and tiny dust in the gas are intercepted and blocked by a liquid film on packing, and the pollutant molecules are transferred to a liquid phase from a gas phase and react with the effective molecules contained in chemical agents in the liquid phase so as to beadsorbed and decomposed, so that the purposes of filtration and purification are achieved.

Abstract: The invention relates to a reducing tower pyrolysis dewatering and drying device, and belongs to the field of mining industry and chemical equipment. A feed port (1) and a gas port (2) are formed in the top of the device, a large-diameter section (3) and a small-diameter section (4) are connected through a cone (5) and staggered to form a tower, the bottom end of the tower is connected with a primary receiver (6) and a secondary receiver (7), an induced draft fan (8) is arranged in front of an exhaust port (9), and a spray tower (10) is mounted as needed. Based on different performances such as dewatering, drying and decarburization of materials, the stay time and the settling rate of the materials in the tower are regulated by changing parameters such as section lengths, the number of sections, reducing ratios, cone angles and the air volume of the induced draft fan, and dewatering and drying efficiency and decarburization stability of products are ensured. The reducing tower pyrolysis dewatering and drying device is simple in structure, easy to operate, reliable in running, stable in dewatering, drying and decarburization stability, controllable in product quality and wide in applicable range.

Abstract: The invention provides a microwave exciting and magnetically-separable catalyst based hydrogen sulfide purifying system and method. The system and method are characterized in that hydrogen sulfide containing smoke exhausted from an emission source is subjected to dedusting cooling; part of hydrogen sulfide is pre-oxidized into gaseous sulfuric acid by ozone in a smoke channel; peroxide is activated to produce hydroxyl and sulfate free radicals by a microwave exciting and magnetically-separable catalyst in a microwave spray reactor, and thus the rest hydrogen sulfide is oxidized into gaseous sulfuric acid; the produced gaseous sulfuric acid is washed and absorbed by a tail spray tower, and then sulfuric acid solution is produced; the sulfuric acid solution produced in the spray tower firstly enters a catalyst magnetic separating tower for magnetic separation and recycling; the sulfuric acid solution enters a neutralizing tower to produce an ammonium sulfate solution; the ammonium sulfate solution finally enters an evaporating crystallizing separating tower; and a high-temperature smoke waste heat recovery system is adopted to obtain a solid ammonium sulfate fertilizer through evaporation and crystallization. With the adoption of the system, hydrogen sulfide can be completely removed, and moreover, secondary pollution is avoided in a removing process, so that the system has a good market application prospect.

Abstract: The invention relates to the technical field of flue gas desulfurization, and discloses a control method of a series desulfurization system of a high-level arrangement spray tower and bubble tower The method comprises the following steps: the spray tower is connected in series with the flue gas outlet of the bubble tower The spray tower is arranged above the bubble tower; the sulfur-containing flue gas enters the bubble tower for desulfurization firstly, then enters the spray tower to carry out desulfurization reaction with the spray slurry therein, and the up-to-standard flue gas is discharged from the spray tower; the spray slurry is provided by at least one slurry circulating pump, and the starting quantity of the slurry circulating pump and/or adjusting the liquid level of the bubblecolumn are controlled according to the load size of a generator set so as to adjust the desulfurization efficiency According to the invention, behind the original bubble column, the spray tower is arranged at a higher position By utilizing the high-efficiency desulfurization process of series connection of the bubble tower and the spray tower, the desulfurization efficiency can be improved from95-97% of the original bubble tower process to more than 985%, thereby meeting the requirements of the increasing environmental protection ultra-low emission standard in the country
