Abstract: The invention discloses a furnace gas treatment device and method for a vacuum smelting furnace. The furnace gas treatment device comprises a spray tower connected with the vacuum smelting furnace, adraught fan connected with the spray tower and a chimney connected with the draught fan. A top exhaust port of the vacuum smelting furnace is communicated with an air inlet of the spray tower throughan air inlet pipe, a spray head is arranged in the spray tower and located above an air inlet pipe, an air outlet is formed in a top of the spray tower and connected with an inlet of the draught fan through a first exhaust pipe, an outlet of the draught fan is connected with the chimney through a second exhaust pipe, a precipitator is arranged in the spray tower, and a circulating water pump is arranged outside the spray tower. The device can effectively reduce the emission concentration of harmful waste gas, the emission concentration of cadmium and compounds thereof is reduced to 0.09 mg/m3and is far lower than the national emission standard, the harm of harmful dust to the health of operators is reduced, the pollution of harmful gas to the environment is effectively reduced, and the service life of the furnace is prolonged.

Abstract: The invention discloses a strong acid and weak acid recycling system during ammonium paratungstate production. The system comprises a decomposition tank body, a spray tower and a strongly and weakly acidic waste liquid treatment system, wherein the top of the decomposition tank body is set as a sealing top; a waste gas retention chamber is formed in a space between the sealing top and a reaction tank at the bottom of the decomposition tank body; a temperature detector and a pressure detector are arranged in the waste gas retention chamber; a control device connected with the temperature detector and the pressure detector is arranged outside the decomposition tank body; an exhaust pipe is arranged on the sealing top; a control valve connected with the control device is arranged on the exhaust pipe; a gas outlet is formed in the upper part of the spray tower; a mist spray header is arranged on the top of an inner cavity of the spray tower; a liquid outlet is formed in the bottom of the spray tower; a plurality of inclined spoilers are sequentially arranged at the bottom of the spray tower from bottom to top in a staggered manner at intervals; a waste gas catalyst is coated on the surface of each of the inclined spoilers; and the pH value of mist spray liquid sprayed from the mist spray header is 12-14.

Abstract: The invention discloses residue-removal odor photo-oxygen absorption treatment equipment, which includes a gas collecting chamber, wherein the upper end of the gas collecting chamber is fixedly connected with the lignin separator through a pipeline; the lower end of the gas collecting chamber is fixedly connected with the temporary storage tank through a pipeline; a glass steel pipe is fixed at the upper end of the gas collecting chamber; the gas collecting chamber is fixedly connected with the first spray tower through a glass reinforced plastic pipe; a blind plate is fixed on the glass reinforced plastic pipe, a first condenser and a second condenser are fixed on the blind plate, the first condenser and the second condenser are fixed on the condenser foundation support, the first spray tower is fixedly connected with the second spray tower through a pipeline, and the second spray tower is fixedly connected with the third spray tower through a pipeline. By arranging the temporary storage pool, the first condenser, the second condenser, the glass fiber reinforced plastic pipe and the blind plate, the problems that light oxygen absorption treatment equipment is high in gas temperature, gas escapes seriously, and the phenomenon that gas carries liquid influences the sanitation of the surrounding environment of a chimney are solved.

Abstract: The invention provides a system for generating synthesis gas through coal pyrolysis and catalytic cracking .The system comprise a pyrolysis and cracking reactor, a catalyst adding device, a communication member, a spray tower, a conversion furnace and a gas tank, wherein the pyrolysis and cracking reactor comprises a heat insulation brick wall, and the internal space of the reactor is partitioned into a pyrolysis chamber and a cracking chamber through the heat insulation brick wall; the catalyst adding device is connected with the cracking chamber; the communication member is arranged on the lower portion of the heat insulation brick wall; the spray tower is connected with a pyrolysis gas outlet, the conversion furnace is connected with the spray tower, and the gas tank is connected with the conversion furnace .The synthesis gas system can conduct pyrolysis and cracking operation, oil gas generated by the pyrolysis chamber is subjected to deep cracking, and a great deal of hydrogen is generated in a catalytic cracking mode .A great deal of cracked gas can be generated by the reaction system and enters the conversion furnace, methane and a few kinds of multi-carbon gaseous hydrocarbon are converted into carbonic oxide and hydrogen, and the synthesis gas can serve as basis synthesized raw material gas in the industry and used for generating various methyl alcohol, glycol and acetic acid products.

Abstract: The invention discloses a circulating treatment regeneration process of an oil-containing VOCs exhaust gas spray absorption medium. The process utilizes a spray tower, a dissolved air flotation cell,an electrolytic cell, a clean water tank and a sludge pool. The dissolved air flotation cell is arranged below the spray tower. The top side of the dissolved gas flotation cell is connected to the sludge pool. The bottom of the dissolved air flotation cell is connected with the electrolytic cell. The electrolytic cell is connected to the clear water tank. The clear water tank is connected to the spray tower. The process can produce initial ecological Fe and atom H through an electrochemical reaction under oxygenation conditions and the Fe and atom H have high chemical activity, can change the structures and characteristics of many organic substances, can realize organic matter chain breaking and ring opening, and can oxygenate and prevent iron scrapping in aeration. Fe generated by Fe oxidation is gradually hydrolyzed to form a Fe(OH)3 colloidal flocculant with high degree of polymerization, which can effectively adsorb and condensate the pollutants in the spray mediumto enhance the purification effect.
