TL;DR: In this paper, a spray-drying method for large volumes of detergent slurry in a spraydrying tower is described, which comprises spraying at least a portion of the slurry, cocurrently with air having a specified temperature and velocity range, through uniformly spaced atomizing nozzles into a cylindrically shaped drying zone.
Abstract: A method is provided for spray-drying large volumes of a detergent slurry in a spray-drying tower which comprises spraying at least a portion of the slurry, cocurrently with air having a specified temperature and velocity range, through uniformly spaced atomizing nozzles into a cylindrically shaped drying zone. Any remaining balance of the slurry is sprayed countercurrently into the drying zone at higher levels in the spray tower. Apparatus is provided for practicing this process. Granular detergent compositions having improved physical properties are also disclosed.

TL;DR: In this paper, an incinerator and post-treatment equipment consisting of a heat exchanger, a water tank, a bag-type dust remover, an active carbon adsorption box, a spray tower, water fog separator, an induced draft fan and a chimney are presented.
Abstract: The utility model relates to remains and offering incineration and post-treatment equipment, which comprises an incinerator and post-treatment equipment. The incinerator consists of an incinerator body, a blower and an air preheater. The post-treatment equipment consists of a heat exchanger, a water tank, a bag-type dust remover, an active carbon adsorption box, a spray tower, a water fog separator, an induced draft fan and a chimney. The inside of the incinerator body is provided with main and auxiliary combustion chambers. The lateral surface of the main combustion chamber is provided with a main combustor and a soot door. The lateral surface of the auxiliary combustion chamber is provided with an auxiliary combustor. An outlet of the heat exchanger is communicated with an inlet of the bag-type dust remover through a butterfly valve. An outlet of the bag-type dust remover is communicated with an inlet of the active carbon adsorption box. An outlet of the active carbon adsorption box is communicated with the chimney. The outlet of the heat exchanger is also communicated with an inlet of the spray tower through a butterfly valve. An outlet of the spray tower is communicated with an inlet of the water fog separator. An outlet of the water fog separator is communicated with the chimney. The equipment is dedicated for processing remains and offerings, has low fuel consumption and good effect of purifying fuel gas and solves the difficult problem of burning the remains and offerings outdoors to cause environment pollution.

TL;DR: In this article, an exhaust gas filtering device consisting of a gas inlet pipe connected with a pipeline of a coiled material technological flow line is proposed, in which the exhaust gas in the pipe sequentially passes through a spray tower, a membrane filtration tower and an activated carbon adsorption tower to be filtered.
Abstract: The utility model relates to an exhaust gas filtering device which comprises a gas inlet pipe connected with an exhaust gas pipeline of a coiled material technological flow line, wherein exhaust gas in the gas inlet pipe sequentially passes through a spray tower, a membrane filtration tower and an activated carbon adsorption tower to be filtered, a gas outlet of the activated carbon adsorption tower is connected with an exhaust blower, and the exhaust blower is connected with a chimney by a pipeline According to the exhaust gas filtering device, by carrying out multi-layer filtering on the exhaust gas, oil mists and toxic gas in the exhaust gas are completely filtered out, then clean air is discharged, and finally, the clean air is discharged to upper air by the chimney, so that the environmental pollution is prevented and the environment of a factory is beautified

TL;DR: In this article, an improved pyrolysis gasification furnace flue gas purification system is presented, where secondary combustion is performed by use of a combustion furnace, the flue gases is cooled by the cooling furnace and exchanges heat with a circulating water tank through the cooling furnaces, so as to reduce scale formation and save the water resource to the maximum.
Abstract: The utility model discloses an improved pyrolysis gasification furnace flue gas purification system, including a pyrolysis gasification furnace, a secondary combustion chamber, a spray tower, a neutralization reaction tower, a bag-type dust collector, an induced draft fan, a washing tower and a chimney, wherein the flue gas outlet of the pyrolysis gasification furnace is connected into the secondary combustion chamber through a flue gas pipeline, a cooling furnace is arranged at the upper part of the secondary combustion chamber; after being cooled by the cooling furnace, flue gas reaches the top end of the spray tower through a flue gas pipeline, the flue gas outlet of the spray tower is connected into the neutralization reaction tower, the flue gas outlet of the neutralization reaction tower is connected into the flue gas inlet of the bag-type dust collector, the flue gas outlet of the bag-type dust collector is connected with the induced draft fan, and the induced draft fan is connected into the washing tower and the chimney through a flue gas pipeline. According to the improved pyrolysis gasification furnace flue gas purification system disclosed by the utility model, secondary combustion is performed by use of a combustion furnace, the flue gas is cooled by the cooling furnace and exchanges heat with a circulating water tank through the cooling furnace, so as to reduce scale formation and save the water resource to the maximum; meanwhile, acidic gas in the flue gas is washed again by the washing tower before entering the chimney, thereby being beneficial to cyclic utilization of resources and environmental protection.
