Abstract: The invention discloses a boiler smoke discharging condensed water heat-carrying circulation based three incorporated tower heat exchange method and device and belongs to the technical field of exhaust air heat recovery and boiler heating. By adopting a spray tower heat exchange structure with three incorporated towers, the device is divided into an air heating and humidification region, a smoke high-temperature heat exchange region and a smoke low-temperature heat exchange region from bottom to top. Smoke enters the high-temperature heat exchange region from the middle part of the tower, performs heat exchange with high-temperature waste heat circulation water, then rises to the low-temperature heat exchange region and is exhausted from the tower top after performing heat exchange with low-temperature waste heat circulation water; the low-temperature waste heat circulation water is sprayed from a low-temperature spraying device for heat exchange, is supplied to an air heating and humidification section for spraying heat exchange after passing through a water-air separator and heats inlet air of a boiler or directly descends to the high-temperature heat exchange region; and the high-temperature waste heat circulation water is sent into the high-temperature heat exchange region from a high-temperature spraying device for heat exchange and is supplied outside and heats heating net water after gathering in a pool at the tower bottom. A set of system can realize a main heat exchange process required for smoke recovery and heating, so that the system flow is greatly improved, the equipment amount and the occupying space are reduced, and investment and energy consumption are lowered.

Abstract: The drop size and hold-up were measured in a continuous countercurrent extraction spray column of 22.7 mm i.d. under near-critical and supercritical conditions. The drop size was measured by analysis of images and hold-up by the shut-off method. The systems studied were 5 and 10 vol% 2-propanol+water and 10 vol% ethanol+water extracted with carbon dioxide, at temperatures from 25 to 45°C and pressures from 6.9 to 13.8 MPa. Data were correlated with physical properties of the system. The model developed to predict the drop size agreed favorably with experimental data with an average absolute relative deviation (AARD) of 5.6%. In the case of hold-up, the AARD was 12.4%.

Abstract: The invention discloses a two-section coal tar recovery system which comprises a dust remover (1), a coal tar spray tower (2) and an electric separator (3), wherein the dust remover (1) is communicated with an outlet of a pyrolyzing furnace, and used for removing dust from oil-containing flue gas generated by the pyrolyzing furnace; the coal tar spray tower (2) is communicated with an outlet of the dust remover (1); the inside of the coal tar spray tower (2) is provided with an upper-section spray device (21) and a lower-section spray device (22); the coal tar spray tower (2) is used for recovering coal tar in the oil-containing flue gas; the bottom of the coal tar spray tower (2) is provided with a coal tar tank (23) for collecting the coal tar; and the electric separator (3) is communicated with an outlet of the coal tar spray tower (2) and used for recovering coal tar fog drops in the oil-containing flue gas. The invention also discloses a two-section coal tar recovery method. The two-section coal tar recovery system and method adopt the upper-section and lower-section spray towers to sectionally perform spray cooling on the high-temperature flue gas, thereby ensuring the cooling and collection rate of the coal tar.
