Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a gas-liquid contacting device in gas absorption which has the advantage of a spray tower of simple construction, low cost and little pressure drop and also where liquid to be sprayed is uniformly dispersed even when it is in a state of slurry of low concentration and recovery efficiency and removal efficiency are improved. CONSTITUTION:In a gas-liquid contacting area where a liquid for absorbing gas jetted from jetting nozzles 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b and a gaseous mixture come into contact with each other, a plurality of net bodies 6a-6d of sufficient size to cover the cross-sectional surface of the area are arranged at intervals in the direction in which the gaseous mixture is advanced and are fixed. The plural net bodies 6a-6d are fixed by pulling the opposite end parts so that the opening of the mesh may be expanded. The jetting nozzles may be arranged opposite to each other so that the net bodies 6a-6d may be put between the upstream side and the downstream side of the flow of the gaseous mixture in the gas- liquid contacting area.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance the efficienty of recovering a light oil fraction in coke oven gas by using a multistage spray tower, by filling each stage of the multistage spray tower with a filler to a specified level. CONSTITUTION:Each stage of a multistage spray tower is filled with a filler such as polypropylene moldings to a level 0.1-0.21 time as high as the stage interval. Coke oven gas is introduced from the bottom of the multistage spray tower andbrought into countercurrent gas/liquid contact with an absorbent liquid such as an arom. one sprayed from the top of the tower, to absorb and recover a light oil fraction such as benzene, toluene or xylene in the coke oven gas in the absorbent liquid. Thus it is possible to recover the light oil fraction in the coke oven gas in a high efficiency, which causing little pressure loss and little possibility of blocking due to tar, naphthalene, etc.

Abstract: The invention relates to the technical field of industrial waste gas treatment equipment, in particular to a device for treating industrial waste gas by a spraying method. The device comprises a spray tower, a water tank, a water pump, a liquid feeding pipeline and a control panel, wherein the spray tower and the water tank are both mounted at the upper part of the water tank; an air distributor, an absorption liquid spray device, a cleanout fluid spray device and a demister are arranged inside the spray tower from bottom to upside; the input end of the water pump extends into the water tank; the output end of the water pump is connected with the absorption liquid spray device and the cleanout fluid spray device through the liquid feeding pipeline; an intake tube connector and a maintenance window are arranged on the spray tower. According to the industrial waste gas spraying method treatment device disclosed by the invention, the absorption liquid spray device is good in atomization effect, and enables the industrial waste gas and the absorption liquid to be in sufficient contact; the demister is favorable to recover the atomized absorption liquid and reduce waste of the absorption liquid and atmospheric pollution; the absorption liquid can be recycled by the water tank with a sedimentation basin and a clarification basin.

The treatment device comprises a dry dust collector, a quench tower, a turbulent flushing tower, a desulfurization spray tower, a wet-type electrostatic precipitator, an induced draft fan, a circulating tank and solid-liquid separation equipment. The equipment and pipelines can be effectively prevented from blockage through dry dust collection for flue gas treatment, a workshop production environment is improved, and selenium and other valuable elements in flue gas can be fully recycled, so that valuable element loss and environment pollution are avoided.

Abstract: The invention relates to the technical field of structural design of waste gas treatment devices, in particular to a waste gas treatment system. The system comprises a waste gas condensing device, a spray tower and a biological filter pond which are connected with one another. The waste gas condensing device comprises a condenser and a fog and foam separator arranged on the side face of the upper portion of the condenser. The spray tower comprises a tower body, a lower inlet which is fixedly connected with the tower body, and a top outlet which is fixedly connected with the tower body. The biological filter pond comprises a waste gas inlet and a filter pond body which is fixedly connected with the waste gas inlet. The waste gas treatment system is simple in structure, the treatment effect is good after the system is put into use, secondary pollution is avoided, using cost is low, and the system is convenient, practical and suitable for being further applied and popularized.
