Abstract: PURPOSE: To remove the sulfur dioxide in waste gases effectively with combination of a tray tower and a spray tower in the stage of removing the sulfur dioxide from the waste gases by using the tray tower first then the spray tower. CONSTITUTION: Waste gases contg. sulfur dioxide are first conducted through a line 3 into a tray tower 1, where the gases are brought into contact with the absorbing liquid from a line 11, whereby 60W90% the sulfur dioxide to be removed is removed. Then the waste gases are conducted through a line 5 into a spray tower 2, where the flow of the gases is regulated with flow regulating plates 6 and the gases are brought into counter current contact with the absorbing liquid from spray nozzles 7, whereby the sulfur dioxide is removed. Thus the tray tower is used when the concn. is high and said tower is used in combination with the spray when the concn. is low, whereby the short paths in the spray tower are prevented and the sulfur dioxide is removed effectively in high yields. CONSTITUTION:This device is a waste combustion gas-treating device for treating waste combustion gas discharged from an incinerator 1, etc., and it is constituted of a spray tower 4 for removing an acidic component in the waste combustion gas by spraying a neutralizer, a ceramic filter 5 for collecting incinerated ash and reactional products in the waste combustion gas passed through the spray tower 4, and a reaction tower 6 for spraying ammonia into the waste combustion gas passed through the ceramic filter 5 and denitrifying with a catalyst.

Abstract: The invention relates to the field of potassium sorbate preparation and in particular relates to a preparation device and process of the potassium sorbate. The preparation device comprises a spray drying tower, a granulator, a fluidized bed, a screener and a dust collector of a spray tower, wherein the spray drying tower comprises a tower body, a flash evaporation barrel, a liquid inlet, a high-temperature gas inlet, a hot gas distributer, a centrifugal atomizing disc and an air drafting hole, an interlayer is formed between the flash evaporation barrel and the tower body, and the upper end of the interlayer is provided with the air drafting hole. The preparation device has the advantages that the air drafting hole of an exhaust fan, used for drafting air from the spray drying tower, is designed at the upper end of the interlayer of the tower body, so that a great number of powders can not be sucked, and the content of the powders in the gas is lowered from the originally 10 percent to less than 1 percent, thus easily recovering the gas and lowering the cost; in addition, the drafted gas is secondarily utilized, so that waste heat is used for heating and drying the fluidized bed, and the powders in the gas are completely recycled finally without polluting the environment.
