Abstract: The invention relates to the technical field of industrial waste gas treatment equipment and processes, in particular to a rubber mixing waste gas treatment method and device The device is characterized by comprising an air conveying mechanism, a dust removal chamber, a dust bag collection device, a spray tower, an adsorber, an oxidation treatment chamber and an incinerator, wherein the air conveying mechanism feeds exhaust gas into the dust removal chamber; the output end of the dust removal chamber is connected with the dust bag collection device; the output of the dust bag collection device is fed into the spray tower; the exhaust gas output by the spray tower is fed into to the adsorber; the exhaust gas output by the adsorber is fed into the oxidation treatment chamber; the exhaust gas treated by the oxidation treatment chamber is fed into the incinerator Compared with the prior art, the device provided by the invention has the remarkable advantages that by combining spraying, desulphurization, and ozonation, poisonous and harmful organic matters are removed, meanwhile, the purposes of sterilization and deodorization are realized, matters discharged after treatment do not contain secondary pollution products and the device is reasonable in structure, stable in working and high in treatment effect

Abstract: The utility model discloses a novel desulphurization tower combining absorption, oxidation and concentration by using an ammonia process. By adopting the design of a counterflow spray tower, the desulphurization tower is provided with a smoke gas inlet at the middle part, provided with a smoke gas outlet at the top and sequentially provided with a defogging segment, an absorption segment, a temperature reduction segment and an oxidation pond inside from top to bottom, wherein a two-stage corrugated plate high-efficiency defogger is adopted on the defogging segment, and an automatic cleaning and spraying device is matched; a water spraying and washing layer and a cyclic absorbing and spraying layer are arranged on the absorption segment; the temperature reduction segment corresponds to the position of the smoke gas inlet; and an oxidation air distribution exhaust pipe and a pump agitating device are arranged inside the oxidation pond, a compressed air inlet, an ammonia water inlet and a circulation pump are arranged at the outer side, and an ammonium sulfate slurry pump is arranged at the bottom. The desulphurization tower combining by using the ammonia process can finish the smoke gas desulphurization process with high efficiency and energy saving, thereby having greater industrialized prospects.

Abstract: The kinetics of, respectively, polyethoxylation and polypropoxylation reactions in the presence of a hydrophobic starter and a basic catalyst are presented with a general approach based on the reaction mechanism. A general kinetic model and a simplified model useful to simulate the alkylene oxide consumption and the oligomers distribution in well-mixed semibatch reactors are presented. Kinetic laws and related parameters have been tested by simulating a spray tower pilot plant reactor with two alternative models considering the liquid in the drops emerging from the spray nozzle to be either stagnant or well mixed. The later possibility seems to be the correct one.
