Abstract: The utility model discloses a tangent circle type spiral injection wet flue gas desulphurization device, which comprises an absorption tower which is provided with a tangent circle type spiral injection turbulence absorption layer, a conventional spraying layer and a demisting layer orderly from bottom to top. The tangent circle type spiral injection turbulence absorption layer consists of groups of opposite tangent circle ultrasonic atomizing nozzles arranged along a circular pipeline; the conventional spraying layer consists of a plurality of mechanical nozzles in array arrangement; an efficient atomizing nozzle is arranged in the tangent circle type spiral injection turbulence absorption layer to form a tangent circle type injection turbulence absorption filed. The atomized particles which are 50-400 microns in size rise spirally to enhance the mixture uniformity of reactants, prolong the contact time, accelerate the speed of absorption reaction and improve the desulfurizing efficiency. With adoption of the flue gas desulfurizer by wet process with tangent circle type spiral injection, the liquid-gas ratio of desulfurization can be reduced, the number of the atomizing nozzles can be decreased, the volume of the desulfurizing spray tower can be reduced, and the cost of the desulfurizing system and the desulfurizing energy consumption can be lowered. The flue gas desulfurizer by wet process with tangent circle type spiral injection can be widely applied to wet flue gas desulfurization systems in industries such as electric power, petrochemical, metallurgy and cement and the like.

The device comprises a spiral conveyer, an indirect drying machine, a tail gas fan, a front spray tower, a sedimentation tank, a heat exchanger, a cooling tower, an air heater, a non-condensing draught fan, a boiler and the like. According to the treatment device for the sludge indirect dry tail gas, a small quantity of sedimentation wet sludge is delivered back to the indirect drying machine inlet for secondary drying after the tail gas produced in indirect drying is treated, tail gas coagulate water is delivered back to a sewage treatment plant, and non-condensing tail gas is delivered back to a boiler to be burned, so that substances with the solid, liquid and gas phases are effectively treated, and the recycled heat is used in the process, so that net heat consumption for drying is reduced.

The vertical type cellular electrical tar precipitator is formed by a cylindrical shell and an air inlet section, an electrical tar precipitation section and a gas outlet section which are arranged from bottom to top inside the cylindrical shell. The research and development of the asphalt gas purification method is depend on the characteristics of high flue dust concentration, tar concentration and large cementability of asphalt gas generated during the present carbon electrode production. The gas which is purified by the method provided by the invention and discharged from the electrical tar precipitator is characterized in that the tar content is lower than 20mg/m and tar removal rate is more than 98%.

Abstract: The invention discloses a dual-phase rectification flue gas desulfurization technology, which comprises a plurality of steps that (1) an absorption tower is arranged, (2) the flue gas is injected, (3) the limestone slurry is pumped in, and (4) the reaction product is collected. The dual-phase rectification flue gas desulfurization technology is characterized in that (1) the nonuniformity of flow field inside the spray tower is utilized, (2) the even rectification of liquidoid and gas phase is not processed on account of the design of rectifying plate and spray layer intentionally, (3) the resistance of flue gas is decreased and the velocity of flow of flue gas is uninfluenced, and (4) the liquidoid and the gas phase are kept turbulent state consistently because of the nonuniformity of liquidoid and gas phase. The dual-phase rectification flue gas desulfurization technology has the advantages of fierce collision, intense reaction, enough absorption, good performance of desulfurization, high efficiency, fast reaction rate, good performance of counter-current reaction, optimization of flow field, low system pressure drop, energy-saving, low device cost and maintenance cost, and direct maintenance and shift of inner parts without building temporary maintenance platform in the process of maintenance of absorption tower inner parts.
