Abstract: Experimental investigations on the scrubbing of particulates (fly ash) in high-velocity water sprays are reported. Performance characteristics of an atmospheric spray scrubber incorporating high-velocity water sprays using a two-phase atomiser are analysed in terms of various physical and flow parameters of the system, and a simplified correlation has been developed. The efficiency of particulate collection in the scrubber can be well predicted using this correlation.

Abstract: The invention discloses an exhaust gas recycling device for a gathering tank and belongs to the technical field of oil exploitation. High-temperature waste gas in a buffer tank goes through cold-heat exchange through a spray tower, and non-condensable gas is separated out and is further evacuated through a cooling tower to achieve the technical effect of purifying waste gas. Meanwhile, after high-temperature waste gas in an oil well goes through cold-heat exchange in the spray tower, high-temperature clear water is separated out, and accordingly the technical effect of heating circulation or heat transmission and mixing is achieved.

Wherein, it uses the ash wash slag water as the water source of smoke desulfuration; the liquid outside the spray tower is used to transmit ash slag; the bottom of spray tower is arranged with block alkali material, to improve the water alkali. The invention comprises spray tower, ash wash slag groove, ash slag pool, deposit pool, adjust pool, slag spade, fan, several cyclone dust collector, and several tube. The invention has low cost and low power consumption.

Abstract: The utility model discloses a flue gas treatment system for a pyrolysis gasifier. The flue gas treatment system comprises the pyrolysis gasifier, a secondary combustion chamber, a spray tower, a neutral reaction tower, a bag-type dust collector, an induced draft fan, a chimney and an alkali liquor circulating pool. A flue gas outlet of the pyrolysis gasifier is connected to the secondary combustion chamber through a flue gas pipeline, the upper portion of the secondary combustion chamber is a cooling furnace, after flue gas is cooled through the cooling furnace, the flue gas is connected to the top end of the spray tower through a flue gas pipeline, a water discharging port in the bottom end of the spray tower is connected with the alkali liquor circulating pool through a water discharging pipeline, a flue gas outlet of the spray tower is connected to the neutral reaction tower, a flue gas outlet of the neutral reaction tower is connected with a flue gas inlet of the bag-type dust collector through a flue gas pipeline, a flue gas outlet of the bag-type dust collector is connected with the induced draft fan, and the induced draft fan is connected to the chimney. Secondary combustion is conducted through the combustion chamber, the flue gas is cooled through the cooling furnace, heat exchange is conducted through the cooling furnace and a circulation water tank, water resources are saved to the greatest extent, the service life of the cooling furnace is prolonged, cyclic utilization of resources is facilitated, and environment protection is facilitated.

Abstract: The utility model discloses a water-washing condensing-type smoke triple-recovery device, and relates to a triple-recovery device for heat, water and sulphur-nitrogen of smoke, aiming at solving the problems in the existing smoke recovery devices of a single recovery function and a single substance, and low recovery rate and low utilization rate of heat energy and water in the smoke. According to the water-washing condensing-type smoke triple-recovery device, a first gas inlet tube is arranged on the sidewall of the lower end of a water-washing spray tower; the upper end of the water-washing spray tower and one end of a first gas outlet tube are arranged in a communication manner; a gas-water condensing preheater is fixedly connected on the first gas outlet tube, and the first gas outlet tube and the gas-water condensing preheater are arranged in the communication manner; the water outlet end of a desulfurization water tube and the sidewall of the lower end of the water-washing spray tower are arranged in the communication manner; the water outlet end of a first spray water tube penetrates through a first water-water heat exchanger, and the water outlet end and a first spray head are arranged in the communication manner; and a heat-carrying circulating water tube is used for sequentially connecting the gas-water condensing preheater with the first water-water heat exchanger from top to bottom. The water-washing condensing-type smoke triple-recovery device disclosed by the utility model is used for recovering the heat energy, the water and the sulphur-nitrogen compounds in the smoke.
