TL;DR: In this paper, an efficient concentration treatment system for organic waste liquid is presented. But the system comprises a combustion chamber, an evaporation chamber, a gas-liquid separator, a spray tower, a negative pressure evaporization chamber, and a secondary combustion chamber.
Abstract: The invention discloses an efficient concentration treatment system for organic waste liquid. The system comprises a combustion chamber, an evaporation chamber, a gas-liquid separator, a spray tower,a negative pressure evaporation chamber, a secondary combustion chamber, an organic waste liquid preheater, an air preheater and a dust collector. The invention further discloses an efficient concentration treatment method for the organic waste liquid. Four optional working modes can be provided. Accordingly, the pollution problem caused by the phenomenon that in the evaporation concentration process, flue gas contains volatile organic matter can be solved while efficient treatment of organic waste liquid such as landfill leachate and high salinity industrial waste liquid which is highly corrosive, viscous and prone to crystallization and scaling is guaranteed.

TL;DR: In this article, an environmentally-friendly recycling device for exhaust steam of a gathering tank, which belongs to the technical field of oil exploitation, is described, in which a spray tower is utilized to perform cold and heat exchange for high-temperature exhaust steam and separate non-condensate gas; then an oil-water separator is used for separating the non-conditioned gas into an oil part and a water part; finally the water part is recycled to the spray tower under the effects of a circulating water pump and a cooling tower, and at the same time the
Abstract: The invention discloses an environmentally-friendly recycling device for exhaust steam of a gathering tank, and belongs to the technical field of oil exploitation. The device is characterized in that a spray tower is utilized to perform cold and heat exchange for high-temperature exhaust steam and separate non-condensate gas; then an oil-water separator is used for separating the non-condensate gas into an oil part and a water part; finally the water part is recycled to the spray tower under the effects of a circulating water pump and a cooling tower, and at the same time the oil part is recovered; the heat of the exhaust steam is outwards conveyed to mix and heat. With the adoption of the device, the oil gas resource is recovered, and the technical effect of reducing the pollution of the exhaust steam to the environment is reduced.
