Abstract: The invention discloses a ship desulfurization and denitrification integrated process. A whole system mainly comprises a desulfurizing absorption tower 10, a denitrification drying and oxidation tower20, a denitrification spray tower 30 and a drying liquid regeneration tower 40. The ship desulfurization and denitrification integrated process is simple in technological process and operation, smallin land occupation, low in cost and energy consumption and high in desulfurization and denitrification efficiency; the concentration of SO2 in the discharged clean flue gas is not higher than 30mg/m , and the concentration of NOX in the discharged clean flue gas is not higher than 50mg/m , so that the discharged clean flue gas meets the national standards; therefore, the ship desulfurizationand denitrification integrated process can be widely applied to desulfurization and denitrification of flue gas of ships.

Abstract: A recently developed spray tower system for use in a utility flue gas desulfurization system is simple, durable, and capable of achieving very high sulfur dioxide removal efficiencies, possibly approaching 100%. The principles behind the design and operation of the spray tower are discussed. The quality of water used for washing, tower size limitations, construction materials liquid distribution, gas-inlet design, gas distribution, mass transfer, and operating characteristics are examined. Procedures to maintain the reliability and high performance of the spray tower are described. (5 diagrams, 5 photos, 12 references, 1 table)

Abstract: The utility model provides a tandem twin-tower wet desulfurization device which comprises an original gas flue, a purification gas flue and two spray towers, wherein a spray layer is arranged in each spray tower so as to spray an absorbent contained at the bottom of the spray tower; the flue gas inlet of one spray tower is communicated with the original gas flue, the flue gas outlet of the spray tower is communicated with the flue gas inlet of the other spray tower, and the flue gas outlet of the other spray tower is communicated with the purification gas flue. After flue gas passes through the first spray tower, the flue gas enters the other spray tower to be subjected to sulfur removal. The flue gas can stay in the double spray towers for a long time, and the contact reaction time of sulfur dioxide and the absorbents is prolonged, so that the desulfurization efficiency is improved. According to a single spray tower, the desulfurization efficiency is considered in process design and can be slightly reduced compared with the total desulfurization efficiency, and the spray density and the circulation volume of the absorbents pumped by a circulating pump can be reduced, so that the energy consumption is reduced. Therefore, according to the tandem twin-tower wet desulfurization device, the energy consumption can be effectively reduced.

Abstract: The invention provides a low-temperature exhaust heat system for a sulfuric acid recovering device and the application of the low-temperature exhaust heat system. The system comprises an absorption tower, a circulating pump, a steam generator, a water supply preheater, a circulating tank and a water supply pump, wherein the absorption tower is communicated with a primary absorption tower and the circulating tank respectively and is used for absorbing sulfur trioxide and diluting sulfuric acid; a sulfuric acid pipeline of the circulating tank is connected with the steam generator and the water supply preheater respectively; a sulfuric acid pipeline of the steam generator is connected with the absorption tower and the water supply preheater respectively; the water supply preheater is connected with the water supply pump; and the circulating pump is arranged in the circulating tank. The system has low manufacturing cost and high corrosion resistance; a working condition range of controlling the concentration and the temperature of acid in the aspect of processes is enlarged, and over-strict requirements on operation are lightened, namely the whole device is easy to operate and has high safety; the absorption tower is a vertical type spray tower, has a hollow structure and low system resistance and is arranged in front of an absorption tower gas inlet; once the system is stopped due to faults, only a section of pipeline cannot be used, and the production of the original acid preparation system cannot be influenced; and the system and the original acid preparation system have a high blending degree.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for treating the low-pressure dual-flow spray high-temperature smoke modified dust. The method comprises: spraying to treat the high-temperature smoke inside the spray tower; the smoke is feed into the spray tower from the chimney; the spray tower uses low-pressure dual-flow spray to treat the high-temperature smoke; inside the spray tower, the high-temperature dust gas contacts the water frost sprayed by injector to be mixed and eliminate the sparkle in the high-temperature; the large grains of gas are directly discharged at the lower part of spray tower via the dedust function of water frost; the cooled gas via the channels enters into following dedusting process. The invention utilizes low-pressure dual-flow spray, to uniform the frost grain injected by the injector via the compressed air and water; reduces the time of vaporizing the smoke and the area of spray tower. And it has less area, reduced resistance and lower energy consumption.
