TL;DR: In this paper, a double-curve atomization high-efficiency spray tower, which comprises a spray tower body, is provided with a flue gas inlet and a chimney, and a plurality of spray layers are arranged in the spray tower.
Abstract: The utility model discloses a double-curve atomization high-efficiency spray tower, which comprises a spray tower body, wherein the spray tower body is provided with a flue gas inlet and a chimney; a plurality of spray layers are arranged in the spray tower; and a double-curve guide plate is arranged below the lowermost spay layer in the spray tower and at a flue gas inlet position Due to the adoption of a double-curve secondary impact technology in the spray tower, the contact time of the flue gas and serous fluid is prolonged, and the desulfurization efficiency is improved

TL;DR: In this article, a device for recovering hydrochloric acid from polysilicon exhaust gas and a poly silicon waste liquid is described, where a flue gas inlet pipe is connected to one end of a spray unit, and the other end of the spray unit is provided with a fluid output pipe.
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for recovering hydrochloric acid from polysilicon exhaust gas and a polysilicon waste liquid. The device is characterized in that a flue gas inlet pipe is connected to one end of a spray unit; the other end of the spray unit is provided with a flue gas output pipe; a hydrochloric acid output pipe is connected to a thickening unit; the spray unit is connected to the thickening unit by a circulating pipe and a spray pipe. Through utilization of the characteristic of dissolution of hydrogen chloride in water, flue gas enters into the device, then enters into a spray tower, is washed by spray water sprayed from top to bottom and is subjected to the above processes continually and repeatedly so that hydrogen chloride gas of the flue gas is continually absorbed by the spray water, wherein the hydrogen chloride gas dissolved in water forms hydrochloric acid, and the concentration of the spray water is increased gradually until absorption is approaching saturation, and the saturated hydrochloric acid solution is discharged into a hydrochloric acid storage tank.

TL;DR: In this paper, an acid mist reclaiming system consisting of an induced draft shade arranged above an electrolysis bath and communicated with a spray tower through both a pipeline and an induction draft fan is described.
Abstract: The utility model discloses an acid mist reclaiming system used in an electrolytic process. The acid mist reclaiming system comprises an induced draft shade arranged above an electrolysis bath and communicated with a spray tower through both a pipeline and an induced draft fan, wherein the spray tower is provided with a sigwater circulation spraying device and communicated with a sewage treatment system. As the induced draft shade is directly mounted above the electrolysis bath, negative pressure at the upper part of the electrolysis bath can be remarkably increased, and the acid mist collection effect is improved; acid mist generated in the electrolysis bath is directly discharged out of a workshop through the pipeline via the induced draft fan, so that the production environment of the workshop is greatly improved; as sigwater is recycled in the spray tower to spray acid mist discharged out of the workshop, the acid mist absorption effect is remarkably improved; waste alkali finally discharged out of the spray tower is led into the sewage treatment system to be neutralized with acidic industrial wastewater.

TL;DR: In this article, a method for circularly utilizing cooling capacity and a method to increase the yield of synthesis ammonia is presented. But, the method is not suitable for the use of high temperature semi-water gas.
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for circularly utilizing cooling capacity and a method for increasing yield of synthesis ammonia. The method for circularly utilizing the cooling capacity and the method for increasing the yield of the synthesis ammonia are characterized in that: in a method of synthesizing ammonia, semi-water gas at a temperature less than or equal to 40 DEG C from an energy section enters a spray tower of a cooling tower before entering into a compressor compressed with one section; chilled water at a temperature of 10-20 DEG C from an ion film caustic soda section is pumped to the top of the spray tower of the cooling tower through a chilled water pump and exchanges heat with the semi-water gas to ensure that the semi-water gas is cooled down to below 33 DEG C and then enters into the compressor compressed by one section; the chilled water coming out of the bottom of the spray tower of the cooling tower is pumped to an ammonia cooler through a water recovery pump and cooled to be 10-15 DEG C for chlorine cooling use at the ion film caustic soda section; therefore, the yield of the synthesis ammonia is increased while the cyclic utilization of the cooling capacity is realized.

TL;DR: In this article, a spray tower-type absorption tower is used to provide a flue gas desulfurization apparatus which has high power with no need of increasing the tower height even in the case where high desulfureization efficiency is required and is provided with a simple and spray tower type absorption tower.
Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a flue gas desulfurization apparatus which has high power with no need of increasing the tower height even in the case where high desulfurization efficiency is required and is provided with a simple and spray tower-type absorption tower. CONSTITUTION:A contact region of a gas and a sprayed absorbing liquid in the absorbing tower is divided into a counter-current contacting region (a gas inlet side region) 31 and a co-current contacting region (a gas outlet side region) 32 and the gas passing cross section area of the gas inlet side region is made larger than the gas passing cross section area of the gas outlet side region, so that the gas flow rate at the gas inlet side region 31 is higher and the collision speed of the gas and the sprayed drops of the absorbing liquid becomes high and thus SO2 absorption is acceralated. Also, since a supply line 21 of a make-up absorbing liquid is installed in the circulation tank 3 near an absorbing liquid circulating flow route of the gas outlet side region 32, the drops of the sprayed absorbing liquid contain a large amount of a fresh absorbing agent and thus the absorption of SO2 is acceralated even if SO2 concentration is low. In this way, the height of the absorption tower can be lowered.
