Abstract: The present invention relates to a viscose fiber production process exhaust gas treatment method, and belongs to the technical field of textile industry exhaust gas treatment. Viscose fiber production process exhaust gas is washed with a first-stage alkali spray tower, then enters a low-temperature plasma apparatus for treatment, then enters a catalytic oxidation treatment bed for exhaust gas catalytic oxidation treatment, and finally is introduced by a glass fiber reinforced plastic centrifugal fan into a second-stage alkali spray tower for absorption of residual small molecules in the exhaust gas. Through the above process, carbon disulfide and hydrogen sulfide exhaust gases can be decomposed into CO2, H2O, N2 and other harmless substances, and are discharged up to standards.

Abstract: The invention discloses a limestone powder desulfurization and dedusting process. The process comprises the following steps: primary dust removal on flue gas; flue gas desulfurization, and secondary dust removal; limestone powder desulfurization; settling cycle; and flue gas emission. At the same time, a limestone powder desulfurization and dedusting device is disclosed, the limestone powder desulfurization and dedusting device comprises a smoke inlet, a smoke inlet is connected to a dedusting box, the dedusting box is connected to a heat exchange chamber, the heat exchange chamber is connected to a spray tower, a nozzle is arranged in the spray tower, the nozzle is connected to a water tank through a water pipe, an ash bucket is arranged in the spray tower, a reaction tank is arranged atthe bottom of the spray tower, the reaction tank is connected to a sedimentation tank, the sedimentation tank is connected to the water tank through a filter net, a smoke outlet is arranged at the spray tower, a smoke outlet is connected to the heat exchange chamber, and a smoke exhaust outlet is arranged at the heat exchange chamber. The limestone powder desulfurization and dedusting process hassimple process, high efficiency, low cost, and high resource utilization rate, through the use of high temperature in the flue gas by the heat exchange chamber, the circulation of a reaction water supernatant by a circulating pipe is realized, and the resource utilization is increased, desulfurization is carried out by limestone powder, the flue gas reacts thoroughly in the spray tower, and the desulfurization efficiency is high.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat the exhaust gas of a chlorine bypass system without using a large amount of water.SOLUTION: An apparatus 1 for treating a cement kiln combustion exhaust gas includes a probe 3 which extracts a part G of combustion exhaust gas while cooling it from a kiln exhaust gas passage ranging from the kiln bottom of a cement kiln 2 to a lowest step cyclone of a preheater, a heat reclaimer 6 which makes extraction gas G2 subjected to heat exchange and temperature decrease, a spray tower 7 which sprays extraction gas G3 with water, allows slaked lime produced from quick lime in extraction gas and water react with SOin the extraction gas, and removes SOin the extraction gas, and a dust collector 8 which recovers dust D2 contained in the exhaust gas G4 of the spray tower. The apparatus may includes a thickener 9 which separates slurry containing the dust recovered by the dust collector into slaked lime slurry S produced from quick lime contained in the dust, gypsum G, and salt water SW, wherein the slaked lime slurry separated by the thickener is sprayed on the extraction gas by the probe in the spray tower.

Abstract: The invention discloses a process for controlling glass coating waste gas through dry dust removal and desulfurization technology. The process comprises a combustion system, a cooling system, a dust removal system, a desulphurization system, a dust collection system, a secondary high-efficiency dust removal system and a reagent return system; all the systems are sequentially connected and combined with practicality, can remove organic pollutant in glass coating waste gas through combustion, and perform desulfurization and dust removal treatment on the waste gas after cooling, and finally ensure that the waste gas meets the discharge standard. The process has the key point that all units in the process are organically combined, especially, a novel turbulence spray tower mode is adopted for desulfurization, the pollutant is ensured to meet the discharge standard, secondary pollution can not be caused, the process has the advantages of engineering practicability, good control effect, fully automatic operation, reduced investment and the like, and has a wide market prospect.
