Abstract: The invention discloses a stair-climbing and window-turning theft behavior detection method and system based on optical flow method target tracking. The method and system are mainly used for automatically detecting a moving target of a stair-climbing and window-turning in video monitoring. The method comprises the following steps: detecting and tracking a moving target in a monitoring video by adopting an optical flow method; calculating a behavior track of the moving target; And matching the behavior track of the moving object with a stair climbing theft behavior rule. The system comprises amoving target detection tracking module, a behavior track calculation module and a rule matching module. According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the optical flow method is used for detecting the theft behavior of climbing stairs and turning windows at night. According to the invention, a moving target with stair climbing and window overturning behaviors in a video canbe rapidly detected, and an alarm can be given out in time, so that the method has a great practical value for early discovery of potential safety hazards, and provides scientific basis for protecting property and personal safety of residents, maintaining social security and attacking and preventing crimes.

The transformable intelligent stair climbing wheelchair mainly comprises a frame, a frame transformation mechanism, a manned upper platform, a front wheel assembly and a rear wheel assembly. The frame transformation mechanism is arranged in the center of the frame, the manned upper platform is arranged above the middle of the frame, the front wheel assembly is arranged at the bottom of the front end of the frame, and the rear wheel assembly is arranged at the bottom of the rear end of the frame. The transformable intelligent stair climbing wheelchair has the advantages that the mass is low, the structure is simple, space is reasonably utilized, the gravity center of the wheelchair is balanced, and stair going-up and going-down are quick. Stable and comfortable flat ground walking and stair climbing functions can be achieved, the safety mechanism effect exists in the stair climbing process, and personal safety is guaranteed to a larger degree. People with disabled lower limbs can live at home or independently travel in communities and climb stairs through the transformable intelligent stair climbing wheelchair, recovery of the physical function and confidence of people is promoted, people enjoy driving happiness just like normal people, and high social value is achieved.
