TL;DR: In this article, a fatigue testing machine for a wheel type stair climbing wheelchair is provided, and the testing machine comprises: a support rack, rollers supported on a left and a right bottom beam; slide rails vertically arranged on columns of the support rack; a fix framework used for fixing wheel type climb stairs.
Abstract: A fatigue testing machine for a wheel type stair climbing wheelchair is provided, and the testing machine comprises: a support rack; rollers supported on a left and a right bottom beam; slide rails vertically arranged on columns of the support rack; a fix framework used for fixing wheel type climb stairs, and the fix framework is connected with the slide rails through slide blocks; a pair of hall sensors shooting each other, the sensors are arranged on a left and a right side of the support rack, and the sensors are used for counting up and down motion frequency and running loops of the wheel type stair climbing wheelchair; and a computer used for processing test data, and outputs of the hall sensors are connected with the computer. The fatigue testing machine simplifies complex freedom degree of movement track of the wheel type stair climbing wheelchair in stair climbing process to single freedom degree for running, and long radius rollers are employed for simulating load-bearing condition of climbing wheel of the wheel type stair climbing wheelchair under normal usage state. All stair climbing motions can be simulated when the wheel type stair climbing wheelchair drives on the fatigue testing machine, and simultaneously the test can be completed on site under a condition in which positions are not moved. Simultaneously, test parameters like recording rotation speed, loop numbers, time, video, curves, and the like are provided by software.

TL;DR: In this paper, a stair with automatic lifting steps is described, which consists of supporting rods, a mounting frame and the steps; the supporting rods are symmetrically distributed on the two sides of the mounting frame, and a first opening is formed in the vertical face of the mounted frame; the steps vertically move in the first opening and a lead screw and a guide rod are arranged in the second opening; the upper end and lower end of the lead screw are rotationally connected with the horizontal face.
Abstract: The invention discloses a stair with automatic lifting steps. The stair comprises supporting rods, a mounting frame and the steps; the supporting rods are symmetrically distributed on the two sides ofthe mounting frame, and a first opening is formed in the vertical face of the mounting frame; the steps vertically move in the first opening, and a lead screw and a guide rod are arranged in the first opening; the upper end and the lower end of the lead screw are rotationally connected with the horizontal face of the mounting frame; bosses are arranged on the steps and internally provided with threaded holes; the lower end of the lead screw and the bosses are connected through threads; the lower end of the guide rod and the steps are slidably connected; a motor is arranged on the supporting rod at the front end, and the output end of the motor is provided with a first bevel gear; the lower end of the lead screw is provided with a second bevel gear, and the first bevel gear and the secondbevel gear are engaged; and a pressure sensor is arranged between the steps and the horizontal face of the mounting frame. The disabled and people inconvenient to walk only need to stand on the stepsto walk forwards continuously, then the stair climbing process can be completed, the stair climbing problem is solved, the difficulty of stair climbing is reduced, and practicability is good.

TL;DR: The foldable telescopic stair climbing vehicle chassis as mentioned in this paperSCV is suitable for stair climbing vehicles to serve as a chassis and has the advantages of scientificity and reasonableness in structural design, stability in running, convenience in operation, safety and reliability, adjustability in length and flexibility in steering.
Abstract: The utility model relates to a foldable telescopic stair climbing vehicle chassis which comprises a plurality of main tracks and a plurality of rotatable auxiliary tracks. Each main track is provided with a main track supporting frame and set up on a plurality of main track positioning supporting wheels and a main track driving wheel which are arranged on the main track supporting frame, each main track driving wheel is driven by a main track driving motor, mutually-matched grooves are arranged on each main track driving wheel and the corresponding main track respectively, a sliding groove is arranged in the middle of each main track supporting frame, a sliding block is arranged in each sliding groove, and a rotating motor is arranged in the sliding block. The foldable telescopic stair climbing vehicle chassis is suitable for a stair climbing vehicle to serve as a chassis and has the advantages of scientificity and reasonableness in structural design, stability in running, convenience in operation, safety and reliability, adjustability in length and flexibility in steering.
