TL;DR: In this paper, a stair climbing machine for the elderly is presented, which consists of a sliding contact rail assembly, a driving assembly, an electric guide rail and a foldable seat.
Abstract: The invention relates to the technical field of stair climbing machines, in particular to a suspension type stair climbing machine. The suspension type stair climbing machine comprises a sliding contact rail assembly, a driving assembly, a suspension assembly and a foldable seat, wherein the sliding contact rail assembly comprises an outer frame, electric guide rails and a crawler belt; the outer frame is fixed on the top of a stairway; the driving assembly is arranged in the outer frame; the suspension assembly is fixed on the driving assembly; and the foldable seat is fixed on the suspension assembly. The stair climbing machine consists of the sliding contact rail assembly, the driving assembly, the suspension assembly and the foldable seat, the driving assembly climbs the stair through a rail climbing vehicle, the rail climbing vehicle is provided with bow collectors at the front and rear of the rail climbing vehicle, so that power supply to the rail climbing vehicle is realized, so that the problem that a traditional storage battery has insufficient power supply and needs to be recharged is solved; slide rails are arranged on the wall, so that the foldable seat can be effectively prevented from shaking in the process of going upstairs and downstairs, and the safety of the elderly is ensured. The stair climbing machine adopts an electromechanical combination design, has a simple structure, is specially used for the elderly, and makes the elderly go upstairs and downstairs conveniently.

TL;DR: In this article, a dual-purpose stretcher for stair climbing and flat push is described, where a flat push handle is connected with a stretcher bed body through a revolving shaft, and the end part of the stretcher body is provided with three impeller groups.
Abstract: The utility model relates to a dual-purpose stretcher for stair climbing and flat push, which belongs to the field of lifesaving. The dual-purpose stretcher is characterized in that: a flat push handle is connected with a stretcher bed body through a revolving shaft; the end part of the stretcher bed body is provided with three impeller groups; the bottom of the stretcher bed body is provided with a front wheel positionable revolving shaft; the front wheel positionable revolving shaft is connected with a universal wheel through a rotatable support arm; a retractable arm is arranged between the rotatable support arm and the bottom of the stretcher bed body, and is a connecting rod mechanism; and the connecting rod mechanism is provided with a separation blade. When the dual-purpose stretcher is driven to walk on a flat ground, front and back wheel groups are landed simultaneously, so that the dual-purpose stretcher can be pushed flatly for walking; and when stairs or steps are met, the front wheel group is retracted, the stretcher is obliquely pulled by a person, and three wheels of the three impeller groups on the back part are alternatively contacted with stairs, so that stable climbing of stairs is realized. The dual-purpose stretcher can be carried across small obstacles, can be used for rescuing by one person, is simple in structure, is in a pure mechanical design, is easy and convenient to operate, is low in cost, and is widely suitable for various rescue occasions.
