TL;DR: In this paper, a low-carbon ultra-deep punching cold-rolling steel sheet and a production method belonging to the technical field of steel smelting and calendaring is presented.
Abstract: The invention relates to a low-carbon ultra-deep punching cold-rolling steel sheet and a production method thereof, belonging to the technical field of steel smelting and calendaring. The steel sheet comprises the following chemical components in weigh percentage: 0.006%-0.012% of C, 0.15%-0.20% of Mn, 0.030%-0.070% of Als, 0.015% of Si or less, 0.012% of P or less, 0.010% of S oe less, not more than 0.0030% of N or less, 0.0035% percent of O or less and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. Based on a ZSP sheet blank continuous casting and rolling process, the production method comprises the following working procedures of steel smelting, continuous casting, heating, hot rolling, cooling and curling, acid washing and cold rolling, and annealing and flattening. The steel sheet has excellent mechanical property and stamping forming property and simple chemical component and is suitable for punching products needing ultra-deep punching, such as fuel tank caps of automobiles; and the production method has the advantages of easy operation, low production cost, energy saving and consumption reduction and is beneficial to generalization and application.

TL;DR: In this article, the effect of preload pressure on the filling percentage and thickness distribution of a multi-array pin-type pattern has been investigated, and it was observed that the thickness distribution was enhanced by maximizing the pressure of the hydroforming stage.
Abstract: Bipolar plates are the most important and expensive components of a fuel cell. These plates can be fabricated by different processes, such as machining graphite plates, producing composite materials, and forming metallic sheets. Due to some benefits of the metallic plates, especially with stainless steel sheets, they have recently been more noticeable. There are various flow field patterns with different applications in these plates, being classified into simple and complex ones in forming process for spiral or parallel and multi-array pin-type examples, respectively. In this study, hydroforming, stamping, and hybrid hydroforming–stamping methods have been used to investigate the forming capability of multi-array pin-type pattern, and, consequently, to compare the results of filling percentage and thickness distribution of these methods. According to the results, samples formed by the hybrid method have shown desirable filling percentage and thickness distribution. The effect of preload pressure of this method on thickness distribution has subsequently been studied and it was observed that the thickness distribution of the formed sample was enhanced by maximizing the pressure of the hydroforming stage.

TL;DR: In this article, a hot-forming, punching and edge-cutting integral die for high strength steel parts is presented. And the integral die comprises a forming convex die, a forming concave die, an upper punching tool, a lower punching tool and an upper edge cutting tool.
Abstract: The invention provides hot-forming, punching and edge-cutting integral technology and a hot-forming, punching and edge-cutting integral die for high strength steel parts. The integral technology comprises the following steps: arranging an edge-cutting and punching tool on a hot-forming die of the high strength steel parts; placing high strength steel plate materials which is heated to be completely austenized into the hot-forming die for punching before hot stamping forming of the high strength steel plate materials; utilizing the edge-cutting and punching tool on the hot-forming die to perform edge-cutting and punching operations on workpieces subjected to stamping after the hot-forming die is closed; cooling the hot-forming die after the operations are over; and utilizing die componentswhich contact formed parts to quench the formed parts. The integral die comprises a forming convex die, a forming concave die, an upper punching tool, a lower punching tool, an upper edge-cutting tool and a lower edge-cutting tool. The integral technology and the integral die reduce the production cost of the hot-formed parts, and shorten the production period of the hot-formed parts; and the hot-formed parts have high edge-cutting and punching quality and high dimension precision and shape precision.
