TL;DR: In this paper, the form is built with multiple layers in the area of the card (K). Outside the specific form material, there is usually a glue layer (22) and a support layer (21), and there is a stamp for stamping the card.
Abstract: The form is built with multiple layers in the area of the card (K). Outside the specific form material, there is usually a glue layer (22) and a support layer (21), and there is a stamp for stamping the card. All the layers in the form are the same size. The method for manufacturing the form has the application of pre-packaged multi-layer material as raw material. These layers are all built to the same size as all the other layers. The method may be through the use of endless multi-layered materials. The endless multi-layered materials generate the stamped card and in themselves have a pressurized run-through.

TL;DR: In this paper, a material in sheet form, used in a process of molding-stamping or heat-forming involving melting of the thermoplastics resin contained in said material, was described.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a material in sheet form, used in a process of moulding-stamping or heat-forming involving melting of the thermoplastics resin contained in said material, said material in sheet form being prepared by the papermaking technique and comprising from 20 to 95% of reinforcing fibres and from 80 to 5% of thermoplastics resin in powder form forming the basic mixture and, with respect to this mixture, from 5 to 25% of a polyolefin pulp, from 5 to 30% of a binding agent and from 0.2 to 10% of at least one flocculating agent. The invention also relates to the process for preparing said material in sheet form.

TL;DR: In this article, a plastic crushing machine is described, which consists of a shell, a stamping mechanism, a crushing mechanism and a screening mechanism, and a motor connected with the crushing mechanism through a conveying belt.
Abstract: The invention discloses a plastic crushing machine. The crushing machine comprises a shell (5), a stamping mechanism, a crushing mechanism, a screening mechanism and a motor (6). The stamping mechanism is located on the top of the shell (5). The crushing mechanism is arranged in the middle of the shell (5). The screening mechanism is located below the crushing mechanism. The motor (6) is connected with the crushing mechanism through a conveying belt. Due to the fact that the stamping mechanism and the screening mechanism are arranged inside the crushing machine, the crushing effect of the crushing machine is effectively improved, and meanwhile the problem that a screen mesh inside the crushing machine is prone to being blocked is solved.
