Abstract: A flat gasket material for the production of single-layer or multilayer flat gaskets, in particular for combustion engines, consists of a sheet metal plate with an elastomeric coating on one or both sides, which coating is applied by the coil-coating method to the sheet metal plate from an elastomeric solution of nitrile butadiene rubber, hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber or fluorinated rubber in a solvent for the elastomers, and is dried and vulcanized, the solution containing as crosslinking agent an organic peroxide which has a decomposition point above 150@C, and containing an additive comprising micronized graphite with a particle size of less than 0.01 mm. The solution may also contain other customary crosslinking auxiliaries, processing aids and additives as are conventional in elastomer technology. Using the flat gasket material according to the invention, problem-free production of flat gaskets is possible by stamping and deformation.

Abstract: The invention discloses an automatic roll stamping seal device which has the characteristic of effectively reducing the effectiveness lose odds of the mechanism; the automatic roll stamping seal device comprises a paper feed channel, a seal rotating shaft and a roll stamping rotating shaft which are arranged at two sides of the paper inlet channel, the seal rotating shaft and the roll stamping rotating shaft form a rotating shaft system, a rolling seal is arranged on the seal rotating shaft, a roll stamping roll which is arranged corresponding to the rolling seal is arranged on the roll stamping rotating shaft, the rotating shaft system is connected with a drive motor in a transmitting way, and an overrunning clutch is connected between the rotating shaft system and the drive motor in a transmitting way; when the drive motor drives the seal rotating shaft and the roll stamping rotating shaft to work, the overrunning clutch can drive the seal rotating shaft and the roll stamping rotating shaft to work, the overrunning clutch belongs to a mechanical standard part, the price of the overrunning clutch is far lower than that of an electromagnetic clutch of mechanical and electrical products; in addition, the mechanical structure is simple, and the mechanical standard part is hard to lose effectiveness like the mechanical and electrical products, so as to reduce the manufacturing cost and reduce the effectiveness lose odds of the whole machine; the device is particularly suitable for being popularized and applied to the automatic seal device

Abstract: The utility model provides a progressive continuous stamping die for processing a master arm of an air conditioner switch box. Through the progressive continuous stamping die, the processing precision can be ensured, and the processing efficiency can be improved. The progressive continuous stamping die comprises an upper die structure and a lower die structure; the upper die structure comprises an upper die seat; an upper shim plate, a fixing plate, a baffle plate and a stripping plate are fixedly mounted at the lower part of the upper die seat in sequence from top to bottom; the lower die structure comprises a lower die seat; a lower shim plate and a lower template are mounted at the upper part of the lower die seat in sequence from bottom to top; and a lower foot mat and a lower supporting plate are mounted at the lower part of the lower die seat. The progressive continuous stamping die is characterized in that stamping guiding hole structures, side cutting structures, raising molding structures, bending structures and blanking structures are mounted in die holes corresponding to the upper die structure and the lower die structure.

Abstract: The invention discloses automatic feeding stamping equipment. The automatic feeding stamping equipment comprises a stamping machine tool and a placing frame, material sheets to be stamped are stacked on the placing frame, a pushing device for sequentially pushing out the material sheets from the underneath is arranged below the placing frame, a rotary feeding device is arranged between the stamping machine tool and the pushing device, and the rotary feeding device takes the pushed material sheets out of the pushing device and conveys the material sheets to a stamping platform of the stamping machine tool. The automatic feeding stamping equipment is high in automation degree, a worker does not need to place the material sheets one by one, time is saved, operation is fast, the labor intensity of the worker is greatly relieved, the working efficiency is improved, and the automatic feeding stamping equipment is safe, reliable and beneficial for mass production.
