TL;DR: In this article, a method for recording and replaying operations in a computer environment utilizes initial conditions of the computer environment at the start of a recording to configure a replay computer environment during replay.
Abstract: A method for recording and replaying operations in a computer environment utilizes initial conditions of the computer environment at the start of a recording to configure a replay computer environment during replay. The initial conditions of the computer environment are saved prior to recording of user inputs to the computer environment (210). The saved initial conditions and the recorded user inputs can then be used to actively operate the replay computer environment from a state substantially identical to the initial state of the computer environment to replay the recorded operations in the replay computer environment (212). The replay computer environment may be a copy of a current computer environment from which a replay of the recorded operations has been initiated.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors present a system and methods for accessing digital content between multiple devices by providing access to an interaction with a first application on a head mounted display (HMD) to a second device.
Abstract: The present application discloses systems and methods for accessing digital content between multiple devices. The systems and methods may be directed to providing access to an interaction with a first application on a head-mounted display (HMD) to a second device. Contextual information relating information of the HMD and information associated with the interaction to describe an interaction state may be stored. A second device may be selected upon which the interaction state may be accessed and a determination of attributes of the second device may be made. The HMD may transfer to the second device the stored contextual information such that the second device may provide via the second application access to the interaction state. Information associated with a user input to the first application may also be transferred. In one example, the contextual information may describe an identified occurrence of digital content accessed via the first application.

TL;DR: In this article, a non-volatile memory (NVM) is used to handle frequent suspend and resume requests, where the break points are defined relative to elapsed time and introduced in the programming pulse phase.
Abstract: In a non-volatile memory, a programming cycle consists of the following phases: high voltage charging up, programming pulse, and discharge. The actual programming process only takes place in the programming pulse phase. Several break points are defined relative to elapsed time and introduced in the programming pulse phase. Upon receiving a suspend request, the programming operation will advance to the next break point, then discharge the high programming voltage and go to a suspend state. A separate counter is used to monitor the break points so that elapsed non-programming time can be deducted from the total programming pulse time when the programming operation is resumed. By doing so, the device can handle frequent suspend and resume requests. Since the total time duration in the programming pulse phase is equal for the programming operation with and without suspend and resume requests, the programming proceeds efficiently to completion.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present a method for capturing state and debug data of a debuggee at intervals during a debug session and allowing a software developer to view and annotate the captured state and debugging data in a developer preferred manner.
Abstract: Methods, systems and computer program products are provided for capturing snapshots of a debuggee's state during a debug session. More particularly, this invention relates to capturing state and debug data of a debuggee at intervals during a debug session and allowing a software developer to view and/or annotate the captured state and debug data in a developer preferred manner.

TL;DR: In this article, a method and apparatus for transmitting encoded data from one computer system to another using an AT command set compatible communication device is described, and encryption is performed in response to detecting a connect message and a carrier detect signal received from the communication device.
Abstract: A method and apparatus for transmitting encoded data from one computer system to another using an AT command set compatible communication device is described. Data being sent from a communications application to the AT command set compatible communication device is monitored, and encryption is performed in response to detecting a connect message and a carrier detect signal received from the communication device and changing in response to said detection the state of an encryption application from a first state to a remote state and the data is encrypted using a stream encryption scheme before it is passed to the communication device. When a break sequence is detected or a carrier detect signal is deasserted, encryption is ceased thus having the encryption application automatically return to the first state.
