Abstract: This paper presents the study of mechanisms and methods to synthesize. In this article three planar straight line mechanisms are developed and designed using type, number and dimension synthesis. Calculations of their kinematics are done by vector loop equations and freudenstein’s equations. Spread sheets are developed for the relation between input and output angles, and the travel distance for corresponding input. Selection of one mechanism which proves to be the best for given problem statement is done using relative point method. This method takes into consideration all the parameters necessary for the application.

Abstract: The invention belongs to the technical field of molding machines, and particularly relates to a mechanism for controlling a molding plate to rotate, extend and stretch. A one-dimensional rotary straight line mechanism is used for carrying out autoroatation to drive the molding plate to carry out straight line movement, and a two-dimensional rotary telescopic mechanism is used for driving the one-dimensional rotary straight line mechanism to carry out 180-degree revolution. According to the mechanism disclosed by the invention, the problems in the prior art that most existing molding machines finish the mutual exchange of an upper molding plate and a lower molding plate through the straight line movement, i.e., the front and back movement, of the molding plate so as to cause a large occupation space and high manual intensity can be solved. The mechanism disclosed by the invention has the characteristics that the replacement of the molding plate adopts a rotation form and space is saved.The molding plate is controlled by an oil cylinder to rotate so as to achieve the beneficial technical effects that the mechanism is safe and reliable and is convenient and accurate in regulation.

Abstract: The invention discloses a comprehensive testing device of a capacitor, and relates to the technical field of capacitor testing. The comprehensive testing device comprises a machine seat, supporting seats and a straight line mechanism. Second T-shaped grooves are symmetrically formed in the left and right sides of the upper surface of the machine seat. The supporting seats are symmetrically arranged at the front and rear ends of the upper surface of the machine seat. Second T-shaped blocks are symmetrically fixedly connected with the left and right ends of the lower surfaces of the supporting seats. Rotating mechanisms are fixedly connected with the upper surfaces of the supporting seats. The second T-shaped blocks are slidably connected with the second T-shaped grooves. Angle mechanisms fixedly connected with the machine seat are arranged at the right ends of the rotating mechanisms. The straight line mechanism is arranged at the position close to the left end of the machine seat. Thestraight line mechanism and the angle mechanisms can adjust automatically based on foot distance and angle of pins of the capacitor. The pins are aligned to clamping mechanisms after adjusting, and the clamping mechanisms clamp the pins. When different electrical characteristics are measured, measurement can be achieved by connecting a wire connected with clamping blocks with a measuring device. Drawbacks of manual operation are solved, and the measuring time is saved.

The glove automatic printing device comprises a machine frame, a printing plate, an ink cartridge, a controller, a printing head assembly anda printing head assembly straight line movement mechanism, wherein the printing head assembly and the printing head assembly straight line movement mechanism are fixed to the machine frame and connected with the controller. During printing, the printing head assembly straight line mechanism drives the printing head assembly to move along a forward direction straight line to a pattern on a printing head dip dyeing pattern printing plate, the printing head assembly straight line movement mechanism drives the printing head assembly to be reversely reset, at the same time, a rotating movement mechanism drives the printing head assembly straight line movement mechanism to rotate the position opposite to a glove and moves synchronously with the glove, the printing head assembly straight line movement mechanism drives a printing head to extend out to print the pattern on the glove, then, the printing head assembly straight line movement mechanism drives the printing head to retract, and meanwhile, the rotating movement mechanism drives the printing head straight line movement mechanism to rotate and return to an original position opposite to the pattern printing plate to complete printing of the glove. According to the glove automatic printing device, automatic printing is realized, the degree of production line automation is improved, the manpower cost of printing is reduced, the appearance of defective products caused by manual operation is reduced, and the product quality is improved.

Abstract: In this paper, the experimental vibration analysis of a single cylinder air compressor based on a hypocycloid straight line mechanism (HSM) is investigated. The HSM mechanism uses planetary gears to convert rotational motion to purely linear motion. In the conventional air compressor, the slider- crank mechanism is replaced by the HSM mechanism with appropriate counterweights. The constructed setup is fixed over a base plate supported by an elastic foundation and is driven by a speed-controlled electric motor. During the experiments, the driving frequency is varied and the vibrations of the base plate due to unbalanced forces are recorded in three directions. The results are compared with the experimental results of a compressor based on the conventional slider-crank mechanism. Time and frequency domain analyses indicated that the mechanism can be balanced effectively, and the shaking force and induced vibrations can be significantly suppressed.
