Abstract: There have been light pollution standards just for architectural lighting and sign in the "Light Pollution Abatement Law" so far. However, both of them regulate only one of the three main light pollution elements-"Glare". Therefore, it is imperative to do research on the other two light pollution elements-"Upward" and "Light Trespass" and make proper restriction. Subsequently, this study focuses on the upward light from the street light and suggests its analysis method. Eventually, this study aims to make viable management which is suitable for the nation and, in addition, to suggest appropriate level of restriction to "Light Pollution Abatement Law" by doing site survey.

Abstract: In view of the city lighting system management and the maintenance request, this article has developed one kind based on GPRS and Internet urban street light illumination intelligence control system, Design of the remote management plan which the street light monitors, this system plan effective solution real-time of street control , reliability, economy and other issues. Using an integrated control network terminal, the dynamic analysis of continuous lighting control, integrated advanced network access technology, Construction of super-layered structure monitoring system. Finally, the monitor terminal which designed to this article in the hardware aspect and the software aspect carries on the test, the test result had indicated that the monitor terminal each performance carried on the experiment, discovered that the system in the energy conservation aspect, has played the influential role.

Abstract: The utility model discloses a solar street light cluster control system which comprises a main street light control system and a slave street light control system, wherein the main street light control system comprises a sensitization element, a main microprocessor, a main street light driving device and an interface of a communication system communicated with the slave street light control system, wherein the output of the sensitization element is connected with the main microprocessor, the main microprocessor controls the main street light driving device; the slave street light control system comprises a slave microprocessor, a slave street light driving device and an interface of a communication system communicated with the main street light control system; and the slave microprocessor obtains information sent by a main street light through the interface of the communication system and controls the slave street light driving device. In the technical scheme of the utility model, the main street light is used for obtaining outside light intensity by using the sensitization element, and communicated with slave street lights around the main street light through a Bluetooth communication system so as to uniformly control all street lights around to be synchronously switched on or off, thus the shortage of the traditional solar street light control system is overcome.
