TL;DR: In this article, a path integral formulation for the transient Brownian motion in response to a sudden change in temperature is developed for the time-dependent probability distribution function and the transient current, employing the negative friction Langevin equation.
Abstract: A path integral formulation is developed for the transient Brownian motion in response to a sudden change in temperature. Formulae are derived for the time-dependent probability distribution function and for the transient current, employing the negative friction Langevin equation. Numerical implementation of the theory for a double-well system gives a clear illustration of the transient of the transient behaviors of the system.

TL;DR: In this article, the effect of eddy currents in the ground on the transient response of a loop conductor was investigated, and it was shown that the more resistive is the ground, and/or the smaller are the transmitter and receiver loops, the less the measured transient response differs from the intrinsic response of the loop conductor.
Abstract: The adequate testing of a TEM system has to involve measurements in field with large transmitter and receiver loops and an artificial conductor with controlled transient response. As such a conductor it is convenient to use a large horizontal wire loop terminated to a resistor. The merits of a large loop conductor are the ease of placing out on the ground and the possibility of calculating its transient response. To assess the limitations of a loop conductor as a source of testing TEM signals, the effect of eddy currents in the ground on the transient response of a loop conductor was investigated. This investigation implies that the more resistive is the ground, and/or the smaller are the transmitter and receiver loops, the less the measured transient response differs from the intrinsic response of a loop conductor. Both field measurements and numerical experiments support the validity of using a large loop conductor for testing a full-sized TEM system.

TL;DR: In this paper, the steady-state response of a field emitter is calculated with Floquet methods, and the transient response is found by a numerical method that does not use absorbing boundary conditions or a split-operator formulation.
Abstract: Simulations and experiments show that the tunneling current in a field emitter may be modulated by means of a laser. The steady-state response is calculated with Floquet methods, and the transient response is found by a numerical method that does not use absorbing boundary conditions or a split-operator formulation. The transient solutions show that the response is delayed by the semiclassical tunneling time, which is defined as the time for traversing the inverted barrier.

TL;DR: In this article, the utility model discloses a quick transient response's no electric capacity type LDO introduces adjustable cascode feedback loop through drain terminal at the LDO the power adjustment pipe and bars end, makes the output constitute an emitter follower who has degree of depth negative feedback, and consequently, LDO has ultralow interchange output impedance at the full load within range, has guaranteed that the output limit is in the high frequency all the time.
Abstract: The utility model discloses a quick transient response's no electric capacity type LDO introduces adjustable cascode feedback loop through drain terminal at the LDO the power adjustment pipe and bars end, makes the LDO output constitute an emitter follower who has degree of depth negative feedback, and consequently, LDO has ultralow interchange output impedance at the full load within range, has guaranteed that the output limit is in the high frequency all the time. Even LDO load capacitance and electric current are when changing in a big way, the big electric capacity type LDO of no -output has only a dominant pole within the unity -gain bandwidth, guaranteed system stability, because quick transient response has been realized to no extra building -out capacitor.

TL;DR: In this paper, a system and a method for recognizing energy usage pattern through transient response analysis in a single point are provided to confirm whether household appliances are operated or not using a smart meter.
Abstract: PURPOSE: A system and a method for recognizing energy usage pattern through transient response analysis in a single point are provided to confirm whether household appliances are operated or not using a smart meter. CONSTITUTION: A system for recognizing energy usage pattern through transient response analysis in a single point uses a smart meter(110). The smart meter is installed on a panel board which supplies power to electric appliances and comprises an admittance observation module and a transient response observation module. The admittance observation module observes admittance generated in the panel board when the electric appliances are operated. The transient response observation module observes transient response patterns, which indicate the signal properties of the electric appliances, from the admittance.
