TL;DR: An extension of the T2 linker methodology by showing its applicability as a photocleavable linker is reported in this paper, which is suitable for protected amino acid derivatives, as well as simple small organic molecules including resin-bound biotin.

TL;DR: The quinazolinotriazene ZRBA1 is designed to contain a N,N-dimethylaminoethyl group grafted to the 3-position of the triazene chain where it could serve both as a water soluble and a more potent alkylating moiety in response to the lack of potency of monofunctional combi-triazenes against resistant tumours.

TL;DR: A series of novel bistriazenes, the 1,2-bis(1-aryl-3methyltriazen-3-yl)ethanes, have been synthesized by diazonium coupling with N,N'-dimethylethylenediamine as mentioned in this paper.
Abstract: A series of novel bistriazenes, the 1,2-bis(1-aryl-3-methyltriazen-3-yl)ethanes, Ar-N T N-NMe-CH2CH2-NMe-N T N-Ar, have been synthesized by diazonium coupling with N,N'-dimethylethylenediamine. These bistriazenes are stable crystalline compounds and have been unequivocally characterized by IR and NMR spectroscopy (1H and 13C), and elemental analysis. The structures of two compounds in the series have been confirmed by X-ray crystallography. The 1H NMR spectra show significant line broadening of the N-methyl resonances arising from the restricted rotation around the N2-N3 bond of the triazene units. The presence of strongly electron-withdrawing groups on the aryl ring restricts the rotation to the point where the N-methyl signals of the rotamers are distinct even at room temperature; four resonances of the N-methyl signal are clearly evident and these can be assigned to the anti-anti, syn-syn, and syn-anti conformations of the bistriazene. Diazonium coupling with N,N'-diethylethylenediamine affords the N,N...

TL;DR: Most of the metal complexes from the presented series showed to be more active against all cancerous cells than the uncomplexed 1,3-diaryltriazene-substituted sulfonamides, and lower cytotoxic effects observed on normal cells.
Abstract: In this study, a series of 10 novel copper (II) and silver complexes of 1,3-diaryltriazene-substituted sulfonamides was synthesised. All the synthesised ligands and their metal complexes were asses...

TL;DR: The reaction of cobalt(II) acetate tetrahydrate with dithiaalkyl-substituted triazene 1-oxides [MeN(O)-NNHC 6 H 4 S] 2 (CH 2 ) x, H 2 MexL affords Co II (MexL) which undergoes facile oxidation by hydrogen peroxide, furnishing [Co III (Mexl)]ClO 4.CH 2 Cl 2.
Abstract: The reaction of cobalt(II) acetate tetrahydrate with dithiaalkyl-substituted triazene 1-oxides [MeN(O)-NNHC 6 H 4 S] 2 (CH 2 ) x , H 2 MexL affords Co II (MexL), which undergoes facile oxidation by hydrogen peroxide, furnishing [Co III (MexL)]ClO 4 .CH 2 Cl 2 . In these complexes the ligands act in a hexadentate manner, and the coordination spheres are of the type CoS 2 N 2 O 2 . When Co(Me2L) + is treated with base, the green complex Co III (Me1)(Me1') is formed through cleavage of the coordinated ligand into two tridentate parts via scission of a C-S bond
