TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed a fermentation inoculum for decomposed crop straws, which consists of 10-30 parts of an active composition and 70-90 parts of a carrier with a weight ratio of 1:0.8-1.2.
Abstract: The invention provides a fermentation inoculum for decomposed crop straw. The fermentation inoculum comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-30 parts of an active composition and 70-90 parts of a carrier. The active composition comprises trichoderma viride, trichoderma longibrachiatum, bacillus subtilis, aspergillus niger and microzyme with the weight ratio of 1:0.8-1.2:1.8-2.5:0.8-1.2:0.8-1.2. The carrier comprises animal dung, bran, rice bran and calcium carbonate with the weight ratio of 1:1.2-1.8:2-3:3-5. The invention also provides a preparation method for the fermentation inoculum for decomposed crop straw. The fermentation inoculum is capable of accelerating softening and decomposing of various straws, efficiently decomposing cellulose, hemicelluloses and lignin in crop straws and improving soil fertility.

TL;DR: In vitro essays were accomplished through the method of paired cultures on Potato dextrose agar medium, and analysis of morphological properties of six isolates led to the identification at the species level.
Abstract: In vitro essays were accomplished through the method of paired cultures on Potato dextrose agar medium. Zones of inhibition, appearance of pigments, density and diameter of test pathogen colony were observed after 5-7 days, depending on growth rate of investigated pathogen. Fungi were identified conventionally according to their macroscopic and microscopic features. The analysis of morphological properties of six isolates led to the identification at the species level : Isolate G1 – Penicillium paneum Isolate G2 – Penicillium chrysogenum Isolate G3 – Aspergillus fumigatus Isolate 19/5 – Rhizopus oryzae Isolate 10/5 – Trichoderma longibrachiatum Isolate A/5 – Aspergillus niger F2

TL;DR: One isolate of Trichoderma sp.
Abstract: One isolate of Trichoderma sp was obtained by the method of baiting The antagonistic test of the isolate to strains of Phtophthora nicotiana (pathogen of tobacco black shank) from diseased tobacco stems from different area of Yunnan were carried out by pairing culture on PDA The results showed that this isolate was strong antagonistic to black shank fungus The antagonistic mechanism appeared to be competitive growth and antibiosis The control effect of this isolate applied for tobacco black shank in greenhouse was as high as 976% (10~(6) cfu/mL) When applied in field soil around the tobacco root at 4 g every root, the control effect could arrive at 67%

TL;DR: The microbe A 405 (Trichoderma longibrachiatum) whose conservation registry number is CGMCC NO.0441 is used for preventing and curing plant fungous disease.
Abstract: The microbe A 405 (Trichoderma longibrachiatum) whose conservation registry number is CGMCC NO.0441 is used for preventing and curing plant fungous disease. When the microbe is used for biological control, its metabolic products, such as cellulase and chitinase, etc. can decompose residual plant body in the soil to increase the nutrients in the soil and promote the conversion of organic matter insoil to produce plant growth-promoting matters. It can also improve soil fertility, and can reduce environmental pollution resulted from chemical fertilizer and agricultural chemicals.
