Journal ArticleDOI
TL;DR: The results indicate that the prepared 2Vpy-MIP strongly recognises diphenyl phosphate due to the imprinting effect, and this interaction probably arises mostly from an ionic interaction between the basic monomers and the acidic analyte.

TL;DR: In this article, a method for preparing polyester resins for a bottle is provided, to increase the intrinsic viscosity of the polyester resin to 0.70-1.0 dl/g and the heat resistant charging temperature of a bottle made by using the resin to 90-95 deg.
Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing a polyester resin for a bottle is provided, to increase the intrinsic viscosity of the polyester resin to 0.70-1.0 dl/g and the heat resistant charging temperature of a bottle made by using the resin to 90-95 deg.C. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: polymerizing terephthalic acid or dimethyl terephthalate and ethylene glycol to obtain a linear polyester resin. Preferably 200-750 ppm/PET of a condensation polymerization catalyst, 100-200 ppm/PET of a heat stabilizer, 20-200 ppm/PET of a promoter and 10-100 ppm/PET of a Tin-based compound are used for the method, wherein the condensation polymerization catalyst is selected from the group consisting of antimony trioxide, antimony triacetate, germanium oxide and their mixtures, the heat stabilizer is a phosphorus compound, and the promoter is cobalt acetate. The phosphorus compound comprises trimetal phosphate, triethyl phosphate and triphenyl phosphate.

TL;DR: An extractor has been developed for microporous membrane liquid-liquid extraction (MMLLE) of lipophilic xenobiotics at trace levels in biological fluids that allows the sample phase to be stirred, while the organic phase is pumped, and was evaluated using human blood plasma with added organophosphate esters.

TL;DR: In this article, the effect of hydrated alumina and triphenyl phosphate on the flame-retardance and thermal stability of acid anhydride-cured epoxy resin was studied by thermogravimetry and limiting oxygen index determination.
Abstract: The effect of hydrated alumina and triphenyl phosphate on the flame-retardance and thermal stability of the acid anhydride-cured epoxy resin was studied by thermogravimetry and limiting oxygen index determination. The results show that both the hydrated alumina and triphenyl phosphate act as flame-retardants for epoxy resin in gas phase and display condensed phase flame-retardant synergism when they are used together. However, they have little influence on the cured resin's thermal stability.

TL;DR: In this paper, a polyethylene-based foam is kneaded with a chemical blowing agent, a cross-linking agent, triphenyl phosphate and calcium carbonate.
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a flame-retardant cross-linked polyethylene-based foam not evolving a harmful gas on combustion. SOLUTION: A polyethylene-based resin is compounded and kneaded with a chemical blowing agent, a cross-linking agent, triphenyl phosphate and calcium carbonate. The obtained foamable composition is heated in a closed mold under pressure and the blowing agent is partially decomposed to give an intermediate foam, which is heated under a normal pressure and the remaining the blowing agent is decomposed to mold a foam.
