TL;DR: In this article, an industrial preparation method of bisphenol A bis(diphenyl phosphate) with low triphenyl phosphoric acid content was presented, where the acid pickling, alkaline pickling and washing were performed by blowing down the residual phosphoryl chloride by creatively utilizing vacuum under the assistance of hydrogen chloride gas generated by a reactant.
Abstract: The invention discloses an industrial preparation method of bisphenol A bis(diphenyl phosphate) with low triphenyl phosphate content. BDP is short for bisphenol A bis(diphenyl phosphate). The industrial preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, reacting part of bisphenol A and excessive phosphoryl chloride in the existence of a catalyst to generate a bisphenol A phosphoryl chloride polycondensate containing excessive phosphoryl chloride; removing phosphoryl chloride through vacuum distillation; then, adding the left bisphenol A into the bisphenol A phosphoryl chloride polycondensate containing a small quantity of phosphoryl chloride; and reacting the obtained bisphenol A phosphoryl chloride polycondensate containing a trace amount of phosphoryl chloride and phenol to prepare a crude product of BDP, dissolving the crude product of BDP into a solvent, carrying out acid pickling, alkaline pickling and washing, and then, carrying out reduced-pressure distillation to obtain the BDP product. According to the industrial preparation method, the bisphenol A bis(diphenyl phosphate) with low triphenyl phosphate content is obtained by blowing down the residual phosphoryl chloride by creatively utilizing vacuum under the assistance of hydrogen chloride gas generated by a reactant on the premise that the equipment is not additionally arranged or changed.

TL;DR: In this article, the adhesive composition, which is applied to a backing prior to coating with particulate material, may be of the kind referred to in Specification 644,002, where a solution in a volatile solvent such as acetone of polyvinyl acetate plasticized with a major proportion of a volatile plasticizer such as dimethyl phthalate, glycol diacetate, triethyl phosphate or tributyl phosphate, and a minor proportion of tricresyl phosphate or triphenyl phosphate.
Abstract: Adhesive composition, which is applied to a backing prior to coating with particulate material, may be of the kind referred to in Specification 644,002, eg a solution in a volatile solvent such as acetone of polyvinyl acetate plasticized with a major proportion of a volatile plasticizer such as dimethyl phthalate, glycol diacetate, triethyl phosphate or tributyl phosphate, and a minor proportion of a less volatile plasticizer such as tricresyl phosphate or triphenyl phosphate; a solution in a volatile solvent, eg methyl ethyl ketone and methyl isobutyl ketone, of a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile, vulcanizing ingredients therefor, eg sulphur, mercapto-benzthiazole and diphenyl guanidine and zinc oxide, to which may be added a mixture of two plasticizers of different volatilities eg dimethyl phthalate and dioctyl phthalate, dibutyl phthalate or tricresyl phosphate to which a oumarone resin may be added; a dispersion of a polymer such as polyvinyl chloride that undergoes gelling when heated; blends of polyvinyl chloride with rubber-like polymers, eg copolymers of butadiene with acrylonitrile; an adhesive having a basis of a heat-hardening synthetic resin, eg a heat-hardening addition polymer such as diallyl phthalate or allyl diglycol phthalate with a catalyst if necessary In order to avoid fire hazard the adhesive, for instance one having a basis of a rubber-like polymer, is formed with a volatile non-inflammable solvent such as a chlorinated lower aliphatic hydrocarbon Pigments may be added to the composition

TL;DR: In this article, a lignin/polypropylene composite material with a compatibilizer and a plasticizer has been proposed to improve the mechanical properties of the composite material.
Abstract: The invention relates to a lignin/polypropylene composite material, particularly to a lignin/polypropylene composite material prepared through adding a compatibilizer and a plasticizer and having good compatibility. The composite material comprises 100 parts by mass of polypropylene, 10-50 parts by mass of lignin, 0-20 parts by mass of the compatibilizer, 0-10 parts by mass of the plasticizer and 0.1-1 part by mass of a coupling agent. The compatibilizer is maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene the grafting ratio of which is 0.8-1.2%. The plasticizer is one selected from a group comprising triphenyl phosphate, dibutyl phthalate and dioctyl phthalate. Through adding the compatibilizer and the plasticizer, compatibility of a lignin/polypropylene blending system is improved, thus facilitating improvement of mechanical properties of the composite material.
