Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle navigation device in consideration of the fact that a traffic state is different according to a lane. SOLUTION: An on-vehicle probe information collection device transmits collected probe information to a traffic information management server corresponding to a traveling lane. The traffic information management server generates traffic information classified in each lane and transmits it to the on-vehicle navigation device. The on-vehicle navigation device performs navigation processing by using the traffic information classified in each lane. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently guide a route even when the amount of data sent from a center side to a moving side is decreased and to simplify a moving-side device. SOLUTION: On the center side, a route search is made as to a starting place PD and a destination place PA to extract roads R1 to R9 and intersections C1 to C8 on a route. Further, whether or not a searched intersection on the route is an intersection where the course should be changed by right or left turning, i.e., a course change point is discriminated. The intersections C3 and C6 are course change points. Then rectangular peripheral areas A1 to A4 are set for the peripheries of the course change points C3 and C6, the starting place PD, and destination place PA respectively and map data and voice guide data included therein are sent as route and guide data to the moving side. On the moving side, simple rough sketches are displayed on the way to peripheral areas, and while detailed maps are displayed, a voice guidance is given in the peripheral areas. Abstract: The invention relates to a method for providing integrity information for users of a global navigation system, which comprises several space vehicles like satellites transmitting information to a device for position detection, wherein the transmitted information comprises a first information from the global navigation system about the accuracy of a signal in space error SISE of a faulty space vehicle and a second information whether the global navigation system assesses the faulty space vehicle as faulty or not. In contrast to known methods for providing integrity information in a global navigation system like Galileo which are based on the assumption that faults can be always detected, the invention is based on the assumption how exact a fault can be detected. Thus, the performance the global navigation system can be increased. Also, no unfounded assumption is used which improves the quality of service.
