Abstract: Diverticular disease of the colon can cause many complications including strictures, obstruction, perforation, abscess, and less often fistulas communicating with surrounding organs. Colouterine fistula is a rare complication of diverticular disease of the colon. We report a case of colouterine fistula treated conservatively due to multiple associated co-morbidities.
