TL;DR: In this paper, a structural equation model was used to investigate the relationship between word of mouth (WOM) effect and phone purchase intention (PI) in mobile consumer behavior of migrant workers.
Abstract: Mobile consumer behavior of migrant workers, a special social group, has obvious population characters. By setting perceived value as an intermediate variable and collecting questionnaires, this paper creates the structural equation model to investigate the relationship between word of mouth (WOM) effect and phone purchase intention (PI). The results show that, through perceived value, word of mouth has a positive impact on purchase intention. Word of mouth has a positive impact on function value (FV), security value (SV) and image value (IV) and has a negative impact on perceived cost (PC). This impact is most significant on security value. Function value, security value and image value have a positive impact on purchase intention; perceived cost has a negative impact on purchase intention. Security value has the most significant impact. Word of mouth has directly positive impact on purchasing intention.

TL;DR: In this article, a case study was performed at an Indonesian refinery project, which evaluated the implementation of constructability innovation in the planning and design stage of the refinery project focusing on optimization and improvement of pipe rack.
Abstract: Increased competitiveness in the construction industry requires the improvement of a construction company’s capabilities to combine quality with economic and schedule aspects Many studies and procedures in quality improvement focus on project quality improvement techniques and efficiency such as total quality management, value engineering, designability, contractability, constructability, operability, maintainability and other quality improvement techniques This research focuses on constructability, which is the optimum use of construction knowledge and experience in planning, engineering, procurement and field operation to achieve overall project objectives A case study was performed at an Indonesian refinery project, which applied the design and build type of contract The case study aims to discuss and analyse the implementation of constructability innovation in the planning and design stage of the refinery project, focusing on optimization and improvement of pipe rack structure The case study shows that the implementation of constructability during the planning and design stage increased the project performance and reduced the project cost

TL;DR: In this article, the cost management method and factors affecting cost of construction stage were analyzed by using the value engineering theory and methods to search for the optimal scheme of project construction stage, improve the level of cost management level, and ensure the ascension of project function and value.
Abstract: Combined with the cost management present situation of construction stage of the observatory world project, the cost management method and factors affecting cost of construction stage were analyzed by using the value engineering theory and methods to search for the optimal scheme of project construction stage, improve the cost management level of construction stage, and ensure the ascension of project function and value.

TL;DR: This study uses the DOE orthogonal experiment method to reduce the number of experiments, the cost of the experiment, and improve the company's quality management level and core competitiveness.
Abstract: DMAIC process implementation of Six Sigma methodology in this research, combined with the value Engineering (VE), launched the project implementation. This study uses a variety of advanced quality management theory and methods, such as permutation graph, incidence graph, line graph, control chart, histogram and other QC tools, value function analysis of value engineering (VE) method, and the DMAIC, SINPOC six sigma tools. In the improvement phase, this study uses the DOE orthogonal experiment method to reduce the number of experiments, the cost of the experiment, and improve the company's quality management level and core competitiveness.
